<p>The Thunderbirds are 2-1 after a tough 21-13 win against Provo. [player_tooltip player_id='406975' first='Quezon' last='Villa'] continues to make elite plays, while [player_tooltip player_id='717881' first='Helaman' last='Casuga'] had another strong outing. Timpview held the Bulldogs scoreless until the fourth quarter.</p>

<p><strong>2. Alta Hawks</strong></p>

<p>The Hawks have scored over 40 points in two of their three games this season, with one of those including their week three win over Legacy 41-6. Anthony Cottis had three rushing touchdowns as [player_tooltip player_id='698401' first='Matt' last='McKea'] had another big game. The Hawks's defense has also been elite and has held opponents under seven in back to back games to help Alta become 3-0.</p>

<p><strong>3. Box Elder Bees </strong></p>

<p>The Bees are 3-0 off a resounding 49-28 win over Bear River. [player_tooltip player_id='532700' first='Mason' last='Jeppsen'] had a big day on the ground, where he had over 125 yards and a touchdown on just 11 carries. He also had 15 tackles on defense in a dominant performance on both sides of the ball. Nathan Pugsley and Caden Buchanan both had over 10 tackles in the Bees's third straight win.</p>

<p><strong>4. West Panthers</strong></p>

<p>The Panthers are 0-2 after a tough week two loss to American Fork. Kelvin Malepeai, [player_tooltip player_id='698402' first='Chachi' last='Pan'], and [player_tooltip player_id='532680' first='Isaiah' last='SueSue'] have all looked outstanding to start the year. Foti Vaenuku led the defense with 13 tackles and is one of the main reasons the Panthers will be tough for teams in 5A to topple.</p>

<p><strong>5. Springville Red Devils </strong></p>

<p>The Red Devils lost to the Crimson Cliffs 28-7. [player_tooltip player_id='406997' first='Tevita' last='Valeti'] had over 165 yards on the ground as the Springville fought hard but fell to 2-1 on the season. The Red Devils held the Mustangs to seven in the first quarter but couldn't maintain that momentum going forward.</p>

<p><strong>6. Brighton Bengals </strong></p>

<p>The Bengals are 2-1 and looked elite against Riverton 49-21. [player_tooltip player_id='406982' first='Jack' last='Johnson'] had an amazing day, throwing for over 530 yards and five touchdowns. [player_tooltip player_id='1312683' first='Tyree' last='Pearson'] led the Brighton defense with 8.5 tackles and 1.5 sacks as the Bengals bested the Silverwolves.</p>

<p><strong>7. Olympus Titans</strong></p>

<p>The Titans suffered a tough loss in week two but found a way in week three to improve to 2-1 with a 13-10 victory over Bountiful. Nte Sheets, Wes Olsen, and [player_tooltip player_id='705855' first='Thomas' last='Mauga'] all had over ten tackles to help slow down the Red Hawks offense. [player_tooltip player_id='406970' first='Luke' last='Bryant'] scored a touchdown to help Olympus regain the winning track.</p>

<p><strong>8. Roy Royals </strong></p>

<p>The Royals secured their second win of the season with a 36-14 victory against Weber. Dru Gardiner and Joseph Cariaga III combined for three touchdown passes. DaeQwan Snider and [player_tooltip player_id='698249' first='Robert' last='Young'] both made big plays to help the Royals get a gritty win on the road.</p>

<p><strong>9. Granger Lancers </strong></p>

<p>The Lancers suffered a tough week three loss to Pleasant Grove. Granger may be 1-2, but their two losses came against two of the best teams in 6A in Corner Canyon and Pleasant Grove. [player_tooltip player_id='870715' first='Carson' last='Su'esu'e'] and [player_tooltip player_id='532688' first='Landon' last='Figueroa'] should continue showing and connecting in the end zone.</p>

<p><strong>10. Orem Tigers </strong></p>

<p>The Tigers are 1-2 but could just as easily be 3-0. Orem lost to American Fork and Spanish Fork by a combined 10 points in the last two weeks. Cole Engeman had four touchdown passes, with [player_tooltip player_id='681402' first='Asher' last='Young'] bringing in two of them.</p>
