2024 Mississippi Prospects We Should Discuss More

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There are a lot of players in the 2024 class that are some great players. It is hard for us to keep up with everybody with so much talent in the state. Today, we want to highlight some guys who we have not discussed much. Let's check it out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Parker Simpson</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Simpson is one of the most aggressive defensive players in the state. He is a guy that loves to come up to make tackles. He is the safety that is going to come up and make very solid tackles on bigger running backs. Simpson is a player that is more of a safety than a linebacker. Starkville (Miss.) HS uses him as a nickel/LB player. He is also pretty decent in coverage. I think that Simpson is going to have a very big season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='909999' first='Ahmad' last='Hardy']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hardy is a very solid running back from Lawrence County (Miss.) High School. He has some very good speed. Hardy plays in a wing t offense. Most of his big runs come from a lot of trickery. Hardy is a guy that has the size to be a running back on the next level. Coaches want to see how he performs in drills as well as amongst some of the best talent in the nation. He is a very solid runner. I think that is going to excel on the next level. I am a big fan.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='344085' first='Lekih' last='Freeman']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Freeman is a very talented cornerback that is waiting on his recruiting process to take off. He has some very good hips with a some good feet. Freeman also has some decent speed. He is a guy that I think is going to have a big season. Be sure to keep up with this young man.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Shiloh Johnson</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Johnson is a very strong middle linebacker that does not mind coming up to make hits. Johnson is one of those guys that knows how to read keys. He gets behind his pads when it is time to make tackles. He is not a player that goes out and makes a lot of arm tackles. Johnson should have at least 90 tackles this season. He is another guy to keep up with.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
