[player_tooltip player_id='1118523' first='Trevion' last='Taylor'] | RB | 5'11" 195 | Junior | Parkway Central |
-The junior running back showed flashes of being a difference maker at running back in 2022, and on Friday night he exploded for 320 yards and 5 touchdowns on the night in his team's opening win against rival Parkway South. Taylor has good size and runs with power and speed. He also has quick feet and can make people miss beside being able to pick up yards after contact.

[player_tooltip player_id='226294' first='Gabe' last='Fields'] | RB | 6'0" 190 | Junior | St. Joseph Central |
- Fields is coming off a great sophomore and offseason that saw him pick up a D1 offer from Iowa State with an opening game performance for 2023 by rushing for 245 yards and 4 touchdowns on 15 carries. He displays good size, speed and quickness that makes him a big play threat on every touch of the ball.

Hunter Keene | QB | 6'0" 180 | Senior | Troy Buchanan |
-In his first varsity start at QB, Keene had a monster game on the ground rushing 31 times for 220 yards and 3 touchdowns. The senior signal caller also went 9 of 12 for 90 yards and 2 more touchdowns in leading his team to a season opening win over Holt.

[player_tooltip player_id='1118551' first='Jordan' last='Rowe'] | QB | 6'1" 180 | Junior | St. Charles |
- The Pirates athletic junior quarterback had a great opening night going 19 for 27 for 281 yards and 3 touchdowns through the air, while adding another 125 yards and a touchdown rushing on 14 carries for almost 9 yards a pop in a tough two point loss to a talented Cape Central team 35-33. Rowe has shown outstanding potential as a QB since he was a freshman, and looks like he could be on his way to a breakout season.
