Ryder Hooks, RB, 2026 – Ryder is competing at a different school this season. He was a scoring machine last year on the JV level from the RB position. He has great top end speed and pulls away. His vision is very good with burst. He is a tough runner behind his pads. He runs the inside and outside plays equally well. He is low to the ground and hard to tackle. He will make a name for himself on the Lakota roster.
Lebanon HS
Lukas Roddy, WR, 2024 – Lukas is outstanding from the WR position. His versatility serves any offense well. He participated this past summer in the Manning Passing Academy and is well coached. His athleticism, twitch, and speed are way above average. He can run the ball on jet sweeps and take the top off a defense if needed. His route running is precise with proper catch technique. He gets off of man coverage with good stack. He moves well in voids at the top end. He can win the 50/50 ball. He is a threat in the redzone with his jumping ability. He plays multiple sports and gets it done in the classroom. Lukas is a sky is the limit type of player.
Quinten Wagers Quinten Wagers 6'4" | 200 lbs | DL Lebanon | 2024 State OH , Edge, 2024 – Quinten is a stud with good offers on the table from FCS and D2’s. He is a tall player with room to grow in his frame. He led the league in sacks last season with 13.5. He plays from a 2 point stance and is unblockable at times. His motor never stops. His first two steps are quick. Reads plays well and applies technique based on scheme. He maintains his gaps on ball too and is fast over the top on ball away. He moves quickly inside on stunts and back out when needed. He is a great pass rusher with an advanced same arm/same leg technique. His hips allow him to bend quickly back to the QB. Exciting to see how he develops this year.
Mason HS
Liam Mcmanes, TE/DE, 2024 – Liam is a great edge player on the defense. He does a little bit of everything well from his 6’3 frame. He gets off the snap quickly, lockouts out with strength, and reads plays well. He moves well inside on slants with good toe point up the field. He makes great tackles on ball too and away. He rushes the passer with a relentless nature and gets to the QB. He has a developed swim move with bend. Has had some great visits and will continue to garner interest.
Vaughn Johnson, OL, 2024 – Vaughn is a great player with good FCS and D2 offers on the table. He stands 6’5 and weighs 225. His quickness on the edge is unmatached. He plays with great technique and footwork in the inside and outside run game. He uses his long arms and frame to cover up defenders. Impressive ability to zone block with the TE or Guard depending on scheme. His pass pro is superb with good posture, punch, and footwork. Exciting to see where he ends up in 2024.
