This most recent update is a mix of prospects who are planning for their graduation in 2024, some who have announced their immediate plans as they are a college recruiting class’ missing piece to the puzzle in 2023, and a few that we felt were under reported and under appreciated.
JT Goodman
JT Goodman
Goodman, a talented 17 year old from The Hun School, recently announced his intention to join a certain Ivy League school in very short order. With a slew of strong, D-III level offers to choose from, Goodman will be suiting up for UPenn next year. After learning about his list of offering schools that included the likes of RPI, WPI, Ithaca, Muhlenberg, and TCNJ, I am of the belief that Goodman has picked the school with both the highest academic and athletic profile.
Aidan Casuccio
Aidan Casuccio
Casuccio, another product of The Hun School, has gone Division I/FBS. Along with interest from universities like Princeton, Rice, Lafayette, Dartmouth, Georgetown, and Marist the tough-as-nails tight end also had serious interest from each of the military academies. Choosing to stay close to home, Casuccio will be heading to West Point, New York and joining Army.
Enlow is the final recruit in today’s update from The Hun School. With a younger brother in the pipeline as well, the elder Enlow has set an example by way of his academics, his play, his conduct, and how to be a successful young man and future leader. With a great group of offers including Bryant, Pace, and Merrimack accompanied by interest from Georgetown, Columbia, Bucknell, and UDell, Enlow will be heading south to Degree Choice’s #1 HBCU. Enlow will be suiting up for the North Carolina A&T Aggies.
A player that initially saw at the Jersey Juice Showcase, and who subsequently was named offensive line MVP for the event, is back making news. Habersham, a massive offensive lineman from Delsea, has committed to New Hampshire. Habersham had been linked to Boston College, Connecticut, and Rutgers – all of whom had expressed interest.
Mike Maglione
Mike Maglione
Maglione, perhaps, is the last 2023 prospect that we will reporting on. While pitching in at running back, the standout linebacker and varsity wrestler will be heading to Beverly, Massachusetts to suit up for Endicott College. A school that does not currently have too big a footprint in New Jersey, Maglione is possibly the stepping stone to a fruitful pipeline for the Gulls.
