Join us this summer as we do full scale film breakdowns for the top 100 ranked players in the state of Mississippi. We continue today with numbers 70-66.   70. [player_tooltip player_id='617238' first='Xavier' last='Gayten'] - Brookhaven   What does the tape say?   Athletic build that is well put together throughout. Natural athletic ability that comes with smoothness and ease. Impressive speed with timed 100M and 40 yard numbers to verify. Changes directions crisply. Plays tough and hard-nosed. Majority of film is on offense in which he shows ability to take over, but natural ability translates well to other side of ball as well. True ATH prospect that projects as a safety at next level. Mississippi State commitment.   Position projection: Safety   69. [player_tooltip player_id='139638' first='Kieron' last='Jones'] - Harrison Central   What does the tape say?   Shows more of a wiry/thin frame that looks to have growth potential. Sneaky good athlete that plays fluid. Production at both cornerback and safety with projection on the back end. Disruptive with hands. Plays stronger than he looks. Steps up and delivers hits. Potential to be above average tackler at the next level. Has a real knack for the ball.   Position projection: Safety   68. [player_tooltip player_id='617310' first='TK' last='Keyes'] - Taylorsville   What does the tape say?   Prototype wideout frame with potential to play on the boundary or inside. Good runner but really wins with overall athletic ability and twitch. Good off the snap in press coverage and finds holes in zone. Impressive hands. Gets off the ground with ease. Length shows on film. Seems natural and pure at the position. Contributes in all phases of the passing game as a do-it-all type. Underrated player. Southern Miss commit.   Position projection: Wide Reciever   67. [player_tooltip player_id='617236' first='John' last='Randle'] - Horn Lake   What does the tape say?   Power 5 size and length is immediately apparent with Randle and appears to have room to continue to fill out. Technical strength which is aided by initial punch off the snap. Plays with tough mentality that o-line coaches love. Good footwork with ability and potential to be elite. Plays with decent bend and fluidity in hips. Appears to have football instinct that shows. True Power 5 prospect. Purdue commit.   Position projection: offensive guard   66. [player_tooltip player_id='617307' first='Connor' last='Tice'] - Stone   What does the tape say?   Looks the part of a college QB physically. Has a feel and presence for the game. Arm strength isn't earth shattering but is there. Reads defenses and makes correct decisions in RPO scheme. Has ability to hold his own as a runner but is probably better suited to move pocket than design runs. Makes tough throws look easier than they are for his age. Prone to have a bit of a short arm/baseball throwing motion that can be worked out with time and training. Impressive.   Position projection: Quarterback
