A quick first step allow McGinnis to get good angles on second level blocks and he does an excellent job of running his feet on contact. Shows good hip and knee bend that allows him to stick with players who may be smaller and faster but keep his base against bigger and strong players. He is improving in his pass pro ability and has shown during the camp season to have made major strides in that area. He is able to really anchor against bull rushes and has the ability to kick set with quickness.
