After an exciting season of high school football action in the Volunteer State, it's time to look back at some of the most impressive standouts on both sides of the ball from last year. After breaking down some high-level quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs, it's time to conclude our evaluation of the offensive side of the ball as we highlight some more intriguing offensive linemen prospects. Without any further ado, here's my list of some more 2024 offensive linemen in Tennessee to watch out for this upcoming season.

At the top of my list of standouts is [player_tooltip player_id='207325' first='Kison' last='Shepard'], a 6-foot-6, 305-pound offensive lineman at Fayette Ware High School. Shepard made his presence known on the field for the Wildcats during his junior stint of high school football last year. In addition to excellent size and speed, what stands out about Shepard is his well-balanced playstyle and ability to always be locked in offensively. The rising senior out of Somerville, TN. additionally caught my attention with his impressive physical edge, his composure and his ability to absorb defensive pressure. Shepard should not be slept on next season as he's committed to Mississippi State University.

I was additionally impressed with [player_tooltip player_id='149178' first='Ace' last='Meadows'], a 6-foot-7, 305-pound offensive lineman at Peabody High School. Meadows made a considerable offensive difference for the Golden Tide during his junior campaign of high school football last year. With outstanding size, speed and physicality, Meadows showcased his ability to blast the defensive line and consistently be one of the strongest players on the field. The rising senior out of Trenton, TN. also impressed with his ability to combat defensive pressure, stunning the opposition with his composure and durability.

At number three on my list of notable performers is [player_tooltip player_id='149184' first='Jason' last='Overton'], a 6-foot-3, 295-pound offensive lineman at Pearl Cohn High School. Overton was a highly impactful weapon at the line for the Firebirds during his junior season of high school football last year. What stands out about Overton is his size, speed and physical edge, utilizing his unmatched strength to prolong time of possession and keep defensive playmakers behind the line of scrimmage. The rising senior out of Nashville, TN. also caught my eye with his decision-making and ability to read the defense like a book.

Another impressive gamechanger that caught my attention is [player_tooltip player_id='149181' first='Andrew' last='Pedersen'], a 6-foot-5, 290-pound offensive lineman at Brentwood Academy. Pedersen established himself as one of the more efficient weapons on the Eagles' roster during his junior stint of high school football last year. What stands out about Pedersen is his quick execution off the snap, his outstanding physical strength and his ability to consistently adapt to the play. The rising senior out of Brentwood, TN. should be an interesting player to keep an eye on next season as he's committed to Princeton University.

Coming in at number five on my list of playmakers is [player_tooltip player_id='149187' first='Duce' last='Hewitt'], a 6-foot-4, 265-pound offensive lineman at Oakland High School. Hewitt made a considerable difference offensively during his junior campaign of high school football with the Patriots last year. What stands out most about Hewitt is his size, speed, strength and ability to consistently knock players to the ground and push the defense out of position. The rising senior out of Murfreesboro, TN. will without question be a high-level offensive lineman prospect to watch out for this upcoming fall as he's committed to Liberty University.
