There are several excellent Offensive Linemen in the class of 2024 in Ohio and here are five of those players to watch this fall!
Dane’s outstanding play in 2022 helped the Dublin Jerome Celtics to a 9-win season where they advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs and averaged 23.75 points per game. He plays as a LT. He is a very good run blocker who quickly fires off the ball and uses his great athleticism to get his hat across the face of the DE and generates movement at the point of attack with his quality play strength. He exhibits very good physical toughness as he finishes the block to the ground for a pancake. In pass pro, he shows great athleticism and uses his very good use of hands to deliver a well-timed punch to the frame of the DE and effectively negates his progress at the LOS.

In 2022, Jake’s great play helped the Gahanna Lincoln Golden Lions to a 13-win season where they advanced to the Division I semifinals and averaged 31.4 points per game. The future Toledo Rocket aligns at RT. He is a great run blocker who displays excellent play speed and athleticism when blocking at the 2nd level as he gets out in space quickly before latching on and using his good play strength to easily overpower the LB giving the RB a lane to run through. He is great in pass pro as well as he bends well while playing at a good base and effectively uses his hands and play strength to keep the QB clean.
In 2022, Rex’s great play helped the Pickerington North Panthers to a 7-win season where they averaged 27.25 points per game and advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs. He lines up at LT. He is a very good run blocker who fires out low and uses his good use of hands and play strength to generate good movement against the DE at the point of attack. He displays good physical toughness as he finishes the block to the ground for a pancake. He is great in pass pro as he plays with a good, wide base and uses his quality physical toughness and play strength to overpower the DE giving the QB a clean pocket to operate from.
In 2022, Henry’s good play helped the Winton Woods Warriors to a 12-win season where they averaged 39.9 points per game and advanced to the 3rd round of the playoffs. He plays as a LT. He is a very good run blocker. He shows great athleticism and play speed when reaching to the 2nd level. While there, he uses his quality play strength to generate movement at the point of attack and easily overpowers the LB taking him out of the play. In pass pro, he plays with a good, wide base and shows solid bend while keeping his feet moving. He effectively uses his play strength as he anchors giving the QB extra time to pass the ball.
In 2022, Nock’s great play helped the Marysville Monarchs to a 7-win season where they advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs and averaged 25.6 points per game. He plays as a RG. He is a quality run blocker. He displays very good lateral quickness and agility as he pulls through the hole and displays an excellent combination of play strength and physical toughness as he overpowers the LB before finishing the block to the ground. In pass pro, he effectively uses his hands and play strength to impede the progress of the DT and keeps the QB clean.
