Pay was a powerful force for the Knights in 2022. Once he locks onto defensive linemen, they have a hard time breaking free of his grasp. His leg drive is elite, and he often drives defenders five yards off the ball. Pay always blocks through the whistle and loves to finish blocks with pancakes. He can kick out defensive ends or wash defensive tackles down the line of scrimmage. In pass protection, his long arms allow him to keep pass rushers out of the pocket, and he does a good job sliding his feet to cut them off with his body.

[player_tooltip player_id='894692' first='Parker' last='Cheney'] || OL || 5'9 || 245 || Canyon View High School || 2025

Cheney shines out in space. He doesn't lean back in his stance when pulling and can quickly get outside the tackles. Cheney does a good job meeting smaller defenders in space and takes them out of the play. If they try to go over him, Cheney excels at flipping his hips to turn them inside. He can be trusted to generate movement up front in short-yardage and goal-line situations. Cheney is a sensation center for Canyon View and does a good job communicating up front.

[player_tooltip player_id='728276' first='Jaheim' last='Sauvao'] || OL || 6'2 || 265 | Lone Peak High School || 2025

Sauvao plays with exceptional technique. He does a good job firing off the snap low and maintains a good pad level while engaged with defensive lineman. Sauvao's hand placement is elite, and it helps him gain leverage against defensive linemen play after play. His initial punch is fierce in the pass-and-run game. Sauvao loves the physicality of the position and takes his craft seriously. He's constantly working to improve in the offseason, which should lead to him having a monster junior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='894737' first='Karson' last='Kaufusi'] || OL || 6'5 || 255 || Skyline High School || 2025

Kaufusi's playing strength is exceptional. The Skyline tackle can consistently overpower his opponents. He works well with his teammates up to the second level, where they generate great movement off the snap. Kaufusi can come off to collect linebackers or overtake defensive linemen if his teammate comes off the block first. He does a good job picking up blitzes in pass protection and can pass off twists. Kaufusis keep a good base in his pass sets and doesn't lunge when taking on edge rushers. His long arms help him keep defensive linemen from getting inside of him.
