Westwood Takes FIU 7-on-7 Event

In this article:
If you've followed the off-season, it is no surprise that Fort Pierce Westwood captured Thursday's Florida International University's 7-on-7 tournament.
Head Coach Chris Kokell and his Panthers have been impressive – with a mix of veteran and youth prospects who have turned heads wherever they have traveled.
With 20 schools – mostly south Florida programs – Westwood made a statement from the beginning with wins over Lauderdale Lakes Boyd Anderson, Miami Killian, Coral Springs Charter and talented Boca Raton St. Andrew's to finish No. 3, headed into the elimination round.
