The Under the Lights Showcase was an event to attend. Some of the best high school and JUCO quarterbacks from the South in one spot. Having a great time learning from some great coaches. We are going to take the time to break down the quarterbacks by classes. Yes, we were on the scene.

[player_tooltip player_id='344088' first='John' last='White'], MRA

The Southern Miss commit was very poised yesterday. I mean the man looked like he was sitting in a 70 degree cubicle while the rest of us was out in the heat. He was very accurate. He is going to be known for more than just his legs. Yesterday, he showed everybody that he is going to put up some numbers in the air this season. White was the overall MVP.

[player_tooltip player_id='344082' first='Anthony' last='Maddox'], Oak Grove

Maddox lets go of the football very quickly. Sometimes it looks like it was never in his hand. He was also very poised yesterday. Maddox is very accurate on the deep ball. He also throws the comeback route very well. He is locked in with Texas A&M. They are getting a very special quarterback.

[player_tooltip player_id='273258' first='Trey' last='Petty'], Starkville

The 6A state champ had a great time out there competing yesterday. Trey has that strong arm that is super accurate. Trey knows how to get the job done. He proved that last season. He is committed to Illinois. I don't think that is going to change.

[player_tooltip player_id='344100' first='Jeremiah' last='Harrell'], Tupelo

Harrell was very smooth yesterday. It was good to see him attend this event. He is a guy that has a lot of talent around him at Tupelo. Yesterday, he showed us why he had over 2800 passing yards last season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1036629' first='Jared' last='Hollins']

Hollins made the trip over from Alabama. He showed us that he is a guy to know. He has several division one offers. This young man has a smooth throwing motion. He knows how to lead the receivers. He also has a very strong arm. Hollins has a very nice frame that he can grow into. Hollins is going to be a name to know this season. He was clearly one of the best quarterbacks to show up yesterday.

Sam Semi, Jamarcus Pittman and [player_tooltip player_id='376744' first='Dylan' last='Moran'] were some more 2024 quarterbacks that did a great job yesterday. All of these prospects should be on your list.
