<p>I have had the opportunity to watch [player_tooltip player_id='176361' first='Peyton' last='Mills'] over the years. He is a quarterback prospect that never fails to impress me with his accuracy. Mills has a strong arm and is able to keep opposing defenses honest with his deep throws. The Cutter Morning Star signal caller does an excellent job of throwing the football with accuracy. Perkins does a great job of extending drives and he always seems to be on the page of his opposing wide receivers. Perkins put on a great show over the weekend in Pine Bluff. The talented quarterback opened plenty of eyes at Arkansas-Pine Bluff and earned a scholarship offer in the process. He is a prospect to keep an eye on over the next few months.
