#90 [player_tooltip player_id='617311' first='Kelvin' last='Beavers'] - Gautier

What does the tape say?

Framed more on the wiry/thin side with long term projection as a slot type receiver. Adequate speed and change of directions skill with good control of body in and out of cuts. Finds open space with ease. Good route runner with potential to really grow to be great in that phase. High points the ball and doesn't give up in tight coverage.

Position projection: Wide Reciever

#89 [player_tooltip player_id='346261' first='Lamarion' last='Buchanan'] - Holmes County

What does the tape say?

Simply put, Buchanan is the best player on the field in film from his junior season. Overall athletic ability is impressive but hard to get a good read against level of competition. Buchanan runs with authority between the tackles with good feel and balance. Burst is strong and sustained throughout runs. Buchanan has vision from the moment the ball is snapped and runs with poise. Strength in the frame is present and positive. Lots of raw potential here.

Position projection: Running Back

#88 [player_tooltip player_id='344055' first='Michael' last='Wallace'] - Tupelo

What does the tape say?

Playing with a motor is always a desired trait on the offensive front - and Wallace brings that to the table. Wallace saw plenty of time up front for the Golden Wave as a junior which says a lot in itself. Frame wise, Wallace lacks D1 length but has other impressive intangibles. Pad level is good 90% of the time with the off 10% showing him firing off high. Wallace explodes at snap, especially in run blocking sets. Good overall twitch and quickness for the position.

Position projection: Guard

#87 [player_tooltip player_id='346400' first='Talan' last='Carter'] - Ocean Springs

What does the tape say?

Big bodied, inside technique, run stuffer. Lack of length is the biggest detriment. Carter comes off the ball strong and is a nightmare in short yardage, goal-line situations. Obvious strength. Above average athleticism for position. Packs big punch and plays with edge.

Position projection: Nose Tackle

#86 [player_tooltip player_id='344137' first='Kayvion' last='Freeman'] - Pearl

What does the tape say?

Freeman passes the eye test from a frame perspective mostly due to his prototypical defensive back length. Good runner that takes good angles and plays with football IQ. Production from safety position in both run tackler and pass defense. Room to grow strength wise - a good summer in the weight-room will go a long way. Above average tackler. Produces at multiple levels of the defense.
