From hidden gems in Minnesota and Wisconsin, one of only two 2026 prospects that caught my eyes in these four articles, and high academic prospects with great football IQs, this list has a plethora of everything for those college coaches reading!
Brandon Myher
Brandon Myher
Brandon was a first look 2024 prospect for me out of Eau Claire Regis that popped out to me mid-way thru the Tommies prospect camp. His catchy agility with his change of direction showed off excellent balance with his footwork he showed off as Brandon showed off what is a smooth lower body. The only clip I could find from Brandon on tape shows off what I saw from my eye test on Friday night in St. Paul, this young man has a developing vision inside, but wins the foot-race with his North-South running ability. This young man also showed off intriguing character on Friday night and probably is the biggest form of a sleeper we have covered at this Tommies prospect camp and one that will need a great senior year to further scratch the service with his recruiting to play football on Saturdays. Brandon has so much upside left to be seen in my eyes.
Owen was a 2024 DB prospect out of Edina, that left his mark on me during the County Fair session of the Tommies prospect camp. His fluidity from start to finish of his reps showed off an athletic base you want out of your defensive back as to me as a scout, it shows off how much range a DB prospect to work with. Not just was Owen fluid thru the reps I watched, he also had a strong finish with every rep I caught in County Fair that I watched him, as he impressed me with his stamina throughout the camp. Owen’s tape shows off that fluidity I mentioned off the first two clips, as he pops out of his stance quickly to run down a ball-carrier as a crashing free safety to assist the run into the first level as Owen crashes and finishes like I saw at camp last Friday. He also shows a solid base of physicality with his contact level and I certainly see more punch when he makes contact in the future on Saturdays. Another prospect that is light on the tape, but makes a name for himself at the Tommies Camp.
Keenan was a DE prospect out of Minneapolis DeLaSalle that I didn’t catch until later in the Tommies camp, but enlightened me with the skillsets he offered. I thought Keenan was a prospect that had the best feel for his position based on the list of prospects in these IV standouts from St. Thomas. For me it started with the athletic bend he showed off with his depth on the line and in County Fair drills and ended with the use of his hands as I thought his hands showed off good instincts from what I watched out of him. Keenan also was reactive on command with how well he took coaching as he looks to me like a prospect that has will have a quick learning curve as he enters the next-level. He has some development in my eyes with more trigger in his hips off his first step, but the plethora of moves that this has on his plate seems to get more instinctive when you roll deeper into his tape. No offers yet for Keenan and looks like a Saturdays prospect at 6’3 250 as he has grown since the 2022 season ended.
Peter by far was my favorite 2024 defensive back from this Part IV group as I have notes all over my notepad regarding this kid and his skillsets. The St. Paul Highland Park DB prospect, showed off early in camp from passing the early eye test with his 6’2 190 pound frame. Not just does he have a lot of size of the defensive back position to give, but he showed off super aggressive hands and also showed off quick hand speed to gauge the WR off guard quickly from the start of their rep. I also loved the comeback and quick cut-back agility Peter showed by getting back to the ball as he showed off a good base with excellent vision built into his football IQ. Load the tape on Peter and you will love his ball-tracking instincts, especially over the middle of the field on intermediate routes as like I saw at camp, he can cover plenty of range with his long strides at 6’2 and consistently on tape cuts the ball off like he did at camp with his ability to adjust on the fly. Peter also has good technique with his tackling ability and has some room for growth with that physicality. If you are a high academic football program, you have to look at this young man’s 34 ACT score as well which links up why I like his football IQ as much as I do. Certainly a prospect that I feel is going to have a good summer with more college football opportunities rolling in.
Noah Reinhart
Noah Reinhart
Noah is one of the youngest prospects I liked at the Tommies prospect camp last Friday night. I had to fact check my roster to my notes to finally realize he was just an incoming sophomore out of West Bend West (WI) . I loved watching how fluid Noah was at St. Thomas with his change of direction. He also in reps showed off some instinctive vision which is a skillset that is intriguing for a RB prospect at his age. The tape adds up too to what I saw in person, as Noah shows off a lot of twitch in his feet especially when entering the inside of the first level. Obviously, Noah has plenty of time to develop, as I would love to see him get stronger getting thru initial contact and improving his football IQ on when to utilize his agility in-stride. I certainly will be tracking this young man’s future as there is a plethora of positive upside left to see out of this 5’11 180 pound running back.
