Nearly 150 prospects from WV and surrounding states came out to compete at the GCOH Performance Exposure Camp yesterday at Morgantown High School's J.W. Ruby Stadium. There was plenty of talent on hand including some big-time prospects that you'll need to know for this season and beyond. Here are some of the top WV offensive linemen we saw at yesterday's camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='370279' first='Braylon' last='Brown'] - Morgantown HS | 2024

[player_tooltip player_id='370279' first='Braylon' last='Brown'] was doing [player_tooltip player_id='370279' first='Braylon' last='Brown'] things yesterday in the 1-on-1 portion of camp. Having just evaluated him and written about him in a previous article, I was already very familiar with his game and what I saw on film showed up again at camp. Brown is a very physical player who just loves the contact of football. I had him down as winning at least eight reps in 1-on-1s and that performance earned him one of the OL Camp MVP awards. Brown moves his feet well and is very strong not often letting guys behind him. You can see why he's already getting a lot of attention in the recruiting game with a good chance of being a D1 player.

[player_tooltip player_id='402802' first='Da'Ron' last='Parks'] - Hurricane HS | 2026

Parks has been blowing up on the recruiting trail after a spectacular freshman season. He's already a grown man as a rising sophomore at 6'5 270 and has already gotten multiple P5 offers. Parks was also named one of the OL Camp MVPs and he was one of my top performers as well. He's just different and you could see that right away in 1-on-1s yesterday. He looked like a grown man out there amongst high school kids and still has three more years of high school left. Parks is already a national recruit and will likely be one of the top OL in the country in the 2026 class by the time he graduates.

Peyton Neff - Spring Mills HS | 2025

Spring Mills' Peyton Neff was another OL standout yesterday in the 1-on-1s portion of camp. I had him marked down with at least four winnings reps against a very loaded DL group and he more than held his own. Neff is a 6'0 270 rising junior and just finished a solid sophomore campaign in 2022. He is his team's starting center and is probably a bit ahead in the run-blocking game but showed some good things yesterday in pass protection. He's a name to keep an eye on for the next two seasons.

Shane Bates - Tyler Consolidated HS | 2024

Shane Bates of Tyler Consolidated is a name I was already quite familiar with from evaluating previously and he had some good reps today in 1-on-1s. I had him winning at least five reps in 1-on-1s and similar to a lot of high school offensive linemen he is likely a better run blocker than pass blocker right now due to his team's style of offense. However, even with only pass protection reps, Bates held his own and showed some good things. He will get some college looks this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1119667' first='Trenton' last='Brigman'] - Morgantown HS | 2024

Morgantown High had a trio of hometown kids perform well yesterday for the offensive lineman group and [player_tooltip player_id='1119667' first='Trenton' last='Brigman'] was one of them. I had him winning five reps in 1-on-1s and he looked good. Brigman is a stocky 5'11 285 and should see a bigger role this season for the Mohigans. Morgantown High's Wing-T offense is predicated on blocking so he has definitely been coached up well and a big reason why he performed well at yesterday's camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='1022659' first='Ryan' last='Principe'] - Morgantown HS | 2024

Moving to the next Mohigan that performed well on his home turf is 2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1022659' first='Ryan' last='Principe']. Principe is a very big boy and he was very tough to get around yesterday in 1-on-1s. This was the first time getting to see him in action and he had some good reps. I imagine he is a very good run blocker but he showed some flashes in pass protection. Some quicker defensive linemen will get around him at times but when he stays in front of them he usually controlled them.

Keaton McDermott - Philip Barbour HS | 2024

Keaton "Beef" McDermott has a very appropriate nickname and was another one of the smaller stockier offensive linemen that looked good. I had him winning at least five reps in 1-on-1s and he more than held his own against some big and athletic defensive linemen. At 6'0 250, he's not the biggest lineman but that didn't stop him from being one of the standouts that I saw yesterday. McDermott is the starting center for his team and you can tell he's the anchor for that offensive line unit.

Other notable offensive linemen that had some good reps in 1-on-1s:

[player_tooltip player_id='370776' first='Brady' last='Breeden'] - Martinsburg HS | 2025 | 6'6 275

[player_tooltip player_id='370364' first='Dennis' last='Pike'] - Musselman HS | 2024 | 6'1 265

[player_tooltip player_id='832666' first='Brayden' last='Kirk'] - Spring Mills HS | 2025 | 6'2 250

John McGee - Philip Barbour HS | 2025 | 6'6 275
