The 2026 class in the state of Texas is a strong one. We are going to look at the 2026 wide receiver position grouping. In this afternoon's article, we are going to look at some wide receivers that are ready for a breakout season. The 2026 wide receivers are ready for a breakout season and are going to have a spotlight on them in this article.

[player_tooltip player_id='212422' first='Brock' last='Boyd']-Southlake Carroll-6'2” 170-Pounds

It comes as no surprise that the talent level with Southlake Carroll is deep. The Dragons always seem to produce talent at the skill positions and [player_tooltip player_id='212422' first='Brock' last='Boyd'] is a great representation of that statement. Boyd is a wide receiver that does a great job of using his route running to create separation. When he catches the football, he tends to make a big play. Boyd has good awareness, and he always seems to know where he is at on the football field. He is going to be a prospect to watch out for over the next few seasons.

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/17880110/63c4c30b90f9af0bd4068296

[player_tooltip player_id='803114' first='Kaydon' last='Finley']-Aledo-6'0” 185-Pounds

[player_tooltip player_id='803114' first='Kaydon' last='Finley'] is a wide receiver that does a great job of using his tremendous athletic ability to high point the football. Finley has the needed to stretch the field deep. He is a wide receiver that has no trouble making plays when he gets into the open field. Finley can make tough receptions look easy and is impressive in the process. The Aledo wide receiver is a prospect to watch out for in 2023. He has the tools to cause plenty of problems for opposing secondaries over the next few years.

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/19082378/6418d8106899660d306a4692

Hunter Navarro-Huffman Hargrave-6'1” 180-Pounds

The Hargrave High School wide receiver is a nightmare for opposing defensive backs to contend with. Navarro is a wide receiver that can work the outside receiver spot effectively or move inside and work over the slot. He has the hands needed to catch anything in his vicinity. Navarro is a wide receiver that can stretch the field deep and keep opposing defenses honest in the process. He has the potential to have a strong season in 2023. Keep an eye on him.

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/17950828/6377c2a8ff020603a4156f5f

[player_tooltip player_id='595868' first='Kenneth' last='Peck Jr'].-Lake Ridge-5'8” 142-Pounds

The first detail that will stick out about [player_tooltip player_id='595868' first='Kenneth' last='Peck Jr']. is that he does a great job of working his way back to his quarterback. The Lake Ridge wide receiver can run just about every route thrown in his direction. Peck Jr. can stretch the field deep or work the underneath routes effectively. Peck Jr. is a playmaker that can work the slot or outside spots and I expect a strong season from him in the process.

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/18334420/641dcc0e6655fe076caec8de

[player_tooltip player_id='402614' first='Dane' last='Ridenour']-Flower Mound-6'1” 175-Pounds

[player_tooltip player_id='402614' first='Dane' last='Ridenour'] is a wide receiver that hauls in everything thrown in his direction. Ridenour uses his sharp routes and good speed to create separation from opposing defensive backs. He is a big play wide receiver that can take it the distance from anywhere on the field. The Flower Mound wide receiver does an excellent job of making the tough receptions look easy. Has the potential to have a strong season for Flower Mound this upcoming season.

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/18199599/631f3cd019b00e09f04e12a2
