Here is the second of two reports on players that caught my eye during the 90-plus-minute workout. This group consists of two ranked players three of who are currently unranked by Kansas Prep Redzone. The unranked trio if they continue to turn heads will deserve consideration for addition during the next round of updates.
Lucas Dickman Lucas Dickman 5'8" | 160 lbs | ATH Eisenhower | 2024 State KS , 5’8″, 170, RB, Eisenhower-Goddard, ’24
Dickman is sneaky quick and that quickness showed during the 7v7 action. He can play tailback or lineup as a weapon in the slot. He rushed for 644 yards and six touchdowns during his junior season. A big offseason and a solid senior season should put Dickman’s recruiting stock.
Tanner Woolston Tanner Woolston 5'11" | 165 lbs | ATH Andover | 2025 State KS , 5’11”, 175, ATH, Andover, ‘25
Woolston is a multiple-sport athlete who can play football, basketball, and baseball. He is quick and can flat-out jump. Andover offensive coaches should throw a fade to him at least once during every red zone position.
Demetree Evans, 5’10”, 184, ATH, Wichita Southeast, ‘24
Evans is a skilled athlete who can shine on either side of the football. He plays free safety on defense and can play any position on offense when you want someone to catch the ball. He has nice hands and speed that can play at the college level. Evans is also a player who could help a team on special teams.
Ryan Kice, 6’3″, 220, TE, Andover, ‘24
Kice is a big offensive target that can create match-up problems for defenses. He is not afraid to run routes in the middle of the field. He is an athlete who was meant to play in pads. He is physical and can be a big factor in the run game. On the defensive side of the ball, he could play defensive end or linebacker.
Micah Fiscus, 5’10”, 150, WR, Wichita Southeast, ‘25
Fiscus was one of the quarterbacks that were able to show off his arm during the 7v7 event. He has good footwork and can throw all routes. As a sophomore, he threw for 529 yards and three touchdowns for the Buffs. If the Wichita Southeast offense shows improvement in 2023 Fiscus will be part of that success.
