With performance and team camps taking place every day, it is important to shine a spotlight on prospects doing well. We are going to highlight several players that have opened plenty of eyes over the past few days. All are plays that have the potential to do big things this upcoming season. Time to shine a spotlight on the prospects is lighting up the camp circuit.   [player_tooltip player_id='1194189' first='Dwayne' last='White']-Wide Receiver-Prescott-2025   Prescott always has talented prospects coming up through the ranks. The next prospect to keep an eye on with the Curley Wolves is [player_tooltip player_id='1194189' first='Dwayne' last='White']. He has the athletic ability to cause opposing defensive backs plenty of headaches. At the Baylor camp, White has had the opportunity to showcase his speed and athleticism. White hauls in tough receptions and turns them into big gains. He is a player to watch out for over the next two seasons. White has the potential to do well on Saturdays in the future.   [player_tooltip player_id='149607' first='Ryan' last='White']-Linebacker-Little Rock Mills-2024   [player_tooltip player_id='149607' first='Ryan' last='White'] is a versatile prospect that can line up all over the field for the Mills Comets. He does an impressive job of being able to read the play and then proceeds to destroy it. White has the versatility to play cornerback, linebacker, wide receiver positions on the field. He uses his speed well and is a playmaker on both sides of the ball. White had a strong performance at the Memphis camp over the weekend and is a player to watch out for this upcoming season.   [player_tooltip player_id='149538' first='Chauncey' last='Johnson']-Offensive Line-Lonoke-2024   The Lonoke offensive lineman is always ready to strap on the pads. Johnson is a powerful lineman that is always looking to improve his game. Johnson mixes his power and speed well and has no trouble keeping opposing defensive linemen off-balance. Johnson had a tremendous camp at Oklahoma State over the weekend. He performed so well he earned a scholarship offer from the Cowboys' coaching staff. I look for him to having a strong 2023 football season.   [player_tooltip player_id='612846' first='Cash' last='Farris']-Defensive Back-Alma-2025   [player_tooltip player_id='612846' first='Cash' last='Farris'] is a prospect in the Alma secondary that everyone that follows football in the state of Arkansas should be familiar with. He does a great job of playing the ball while it is in the air. Farris is not afraid of delivering a hit and has no problem stepping up to fill the rushing lane. The Alma safety had a strong performance at the Syracuse camp earlier in the month. I look for him to continue to open eyes over the next few months. Farris has the talent to play on Saturdays in the future.   [player_tooltip player_id='205755' first='Cooper' last='Jones']-Linebacker-Little Rock Christian-2024   The Little Rock Christian Warriors have several talented linebackers that are capable of making plays all over the field. [player_tooltip player_id='205755' first='Cooper' last='Jones'] fits that description perfectly. He is a linebacker that does a great job of reading the play and getting into the offensive backfield. Jones is capable of shutting down the opponents rushing game and causing plenty of headaches for the opposing quarterback in the process. Jones had the opportunity to open plenty of eyes at the Northwest Missouri State camp over the weekend. I look for Jones to have another strong season in 2023 and earn some scholarship offers in the process.
