Bet On You Skilled Position Standouts

A lot of prospects were able to come out and show off their talent. He was also at the Under the Lights Quarterback Showcase doing his thing this past Friday. White has a strong arm and he is accurate. He knows how to throw his receivers open when they are covered. He always puts the ball on the correct shoulder.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>CJ Towner from Newton County did a great job at quarterback yesterday as well.</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Kenzy West, WR, Hartfield Academy, 2025</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>West has been impressive for a long time. He stepped out and did his thing. He definitely betted on himself. West knows how to attack the football. He is a decent route runner that gets better every time I see him.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='617308' first='Tayton' last='James'], WR, Mendenhall, 2024</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>James is a quarterback that works out at receiver when he camps. I think that is his position. James could even be a safety on the next level. He has long arms with good speed. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Tayquonn McKinney, LB, Louisville, 2025</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>McKinney is a prospect we have mentioned a lot lately. He is continuing to impress every time he steps out. McKinney plays defensive end to help his team, but McKinney is a division one linebacker. He was showing off his quickness at the Bet On You Combine.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Jakevion Jones was another linebacker out there making it happen. He is a 2024 prospect from Terry.</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Gary Bailey, CB, Natchez, 2024</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bailey was showing off those good reacting skills. He is going into his senior season. I expect to see his stock rise this season. That was our first time putting eyes on Bailey. He is a guy we will be keeping up this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
