The 2025 class is loaded with gems. Today we are going to look in at some guys who are flying under the radar. We expect them to have a breakout season this year. These prospects should also see their stock rise this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='920468' first='Micah' last='Jones'] put on a good show in Atlanta at the C1N Tournament this past weekend. Jones is a true 6-foot-5 prospect with a wide wingspan. He also has some very big hands. Jones says that he wants to be able to perform like a receiver. That is going to be a scary site for defenders. He already does a great job of being a blocker. This 7v7 circuit has helped out his receiving skills. I'll be sure to keep up with his progress. I have plans to make it to one of his games this season.

Jacari Owens, LB, Louisville, 2025

Owens comes from a family who knows how to play football. He also comes from a family that is known for their size and athletic build. You can already see that in him now. Owens does a great job of covering his area on zone plays. He also does a great job reading keys. Coach Javancy Jones has him trained up very well.

TayQuonn McKinney, LB, Louisville

McKinney is super athletic just like his teammate Owens. He is going to have a breakout season this year. McKinney can produce from the edge or standing up at linebacker. He is a guy that is probably going to be a hybrid LB on the next level. He does so many things well. McKinney is very intelligent in zone coverage. He has good hip movements with great feet. Keep up with him.

[player_tooltip player_id='1127570' first='Travon' last='McDonald'], Louisville, LB/DE

McDonald looks like a monster on the field. He is a beast that you don't want to run across. McDonald packs a mean punch when he hits. I'm very anxious to see how he grows. He has all the size you want a LB to have, but I want to see how tall he will get. I think he can grow to be a great inside LB. McDonald is very fit with decent speed. I think he has division one talent. He is another guy that Javancy Jone has juiced up.
