We are expecting to see the prospects in this article have a very big season. These are the guys who have already been great for their team. Let’s check it out.
Jykevious Goss, WR, Louisville
Goss is a player that can play running back or wide receiver. He is a guy we love going to watch. Goss knows how to get busy on the field. He is a big time player that always makes a lot of plays for Louisville. He can compete with anybody in the state. Goss isn’t the biggest player on the field, but he plays like he is 7-foot tall.
Coby Owens Coby Owens 6'1" | 205 lbs | ATH Saltillo | 2024 State MS , ATH, Saltillo
Owens was player that stepped up big for his squad last season. He is one of the most explosive players in this class. Owens is a guy that knows how to move around on both sides of the football. Some people think he is going to be a hybrid LB/safety. I can see that in his game. He is very talented and does a lot of great things.
Hastin Nelson Hastin Nelson 6'1" | 180 lbs | WR Baldwyn | 2024 State MS , WR, Baldwin
I think Nelson is going to show everybody what he has been working on this off-season. Nelson is a talented player that loves the end zone. He is a wide receiver that has great hands. Nelson is waiting to see his stock rise. I think he has division one potential. He just has a few things that he needs to work on.
Aaron Travis Aaron Travis 6'4" | 250 lbs | DL Grenada | 2024 State MS , DL, Grenada
I truly expect to see Travis show out this season. He has a lot of things that he has been working on. Travis was a player that was very raw last season. He has committed to Southern Miss. Travis is one of my favorite players in the state. He is ‘country strong’ as us Mississippi folks like to say.
