Hardy was incredible on Saturday. It's fairly easy for him to be overlooked with the eyes of the country on Graham quite often, but he's pretty talented himself and shouldn't be so overlooked. I'd argue if he was anywhere else, he wouldn't be. His 6'3" frame is real, and he knows how to use it. He's a good athlete who can open it up and run. He made 2 of the best catches on Saturday. 1 right on the sideline where he plucked the ball out of the air with 1 hand and got a foot win, and the other right up the seam. He stopped, jumped over the defender, made the catch, and somehow kept his momentum. I jokingly told him during warm ups, "Show me something." He sure did. He is someone I'm now a big fan of. Quiet, overlooked, and incredibly talented is always a lethal combination, which is a perfect way to describe Hardy.

Morris is young, continuing to improve, and had a good day on Saturday. He's shifty, good in space, and showed pretty good ball skills. He was actually much better in the short to intermediate game just because of his twitch and ability to change direction. He's someone I've covered in the past and thought he looked really good in JV and could have taken some Varsity reps. If he continues to perform and look like he did on Saturday, he's going to force their hand in Zionsville. Morris is young, dynamic, and could be in store for a huge fall and have a very bright future.

Jackson was one of the most dynamic players there this weekend. He's incredibly versatile and is good all over the field. He ran a blazing 40-yard dash of 4.80 and looked like he still has more speed potential. He had a great 3-cone as well and led the QB room with the fastest one. He throws a nice ball when he's throwing to receivers and able to have a connection. He's also got soft hands and understands the game from a QB perspective so he could really be good out wide, especially with that speed. Jackson is fun. Whether he remains at QB long-term is TBD, but if not, his athleticism opens doors for him that others may not have available on a football field. I feel he could develop into a good QB as well. I just have him listed as ATH because of his true versatility and potential long-term.

Okocha was silent but deadly this weekend. He's a speedy athlete with the ability to run some clean routes, especially for his age. I knew coming in he was shifty, but wanted to see in person what it was like. It's impressive. He's got a twitch. When the ball is in his hands, he's as dynamic and hard to even get a finger on as anyone in the state. All of those traits added with the fact that he's only entering his sophomore year, leaves his future as wide open as he wants it to be. He could easily develop and blossom into a star, especially when you look at the fact that he's got a superstar QB throwing to him.
