Josh Greer
Adding depth to an already strong offensive line, Josh Greer is a blocking tight end with above average blocking form for a pass catcher. Greer plays low for his 6’4 frame to get leverage under defensive ends and linebackers to create more running space for his backfield. Does a good job bringing contact first and getting into position before a defender can get into a move. Acts as a second tackle with his skillset in a number of different offensive packages. Likes to fight into the second level against smaller linebackers, is quick to get his hands on a defender before they have a chance to read where the play is headed. Is an above average run blocker. Flexible for his size to move players out of the way. Is a hard player to the whistle while always looking for another player to block after beating his man. Always has his back to the play which opens up options for his back as he is normally on the heavy side of the play. Greer is an above average student in the classroom with a 4.3 GPA which has Dartmouth interested in his game. As a combo player of size and speed on an elite football team, Greer has the makings of a big time player with his senior year coming up.

Isaiah Allen
Isaiah Allen
Isaiah Allen plays right tackle with an attitude that halts defensive ends in their tracks or end up on the ground. Has a 78-inch wingspan to counter speed or bull rushes at him with his arms. Built well up top to control smaller defenders. Is sure to get off a hit or two when engaging in a block to prevent a defender from getting comfortable. More than capable to play on his own island in pass pro by trusting his form and keeping his hips low. When all else fails, he can use his arm length to make up for a talented player across from him getting off a move. Show quick feet to drive out blockers in the run game, is always looking to get the last hit in to send a message for the next play. Has good lateral quickness to keep defenders out of the play while creating bigger holes for his backs to burst through. Played his position with maturity as a junior and showed strides developing his game as his film went on, particularly with his form. This offseason Allen has been a stock riser getting out to camps and visiting schools such as Indiana, Maine and Miami of Ohio to name a few schools. Allen is a fun player to watch dominate on the offensive line and one that I expect to garner Div. I offers.

Jon Slaper
Jon Slaper
Jon Slaper is a highly productive linebacker with good speed to make plays all over the field. Plays linebacker with more quickness than most and shows a strong ability to play well against the pass. His quickness borderlines that of a defensive back to add to his versatility as a defender. Shows good body control to quickly change direction when the play is going away from him. Has a good football motor to get himself involved in every play he possibly can. An impact tackler delivers in the open field to rack up his totals. Uses his hands to get off of blocks, get creative with ways to disengage a blocker to get after a ball carrier. Is fearless when blitzing to send everything he has towards a quarterback to bring him down or force a rushed throw. Does everything with speed, but uses his strength well to get off blocks as well as tackle. Challenges opponents of anysize and often finds their weakness quickly to gain an advantage. This spring, Slaper has attended a number of camps and spring games to raise his stock as a Div. I talent. Getting in depth looks at Kent State, Youngstown and an offer from Notre Dame College, Slaper will is a name I expect to hear a lot more from in his senior year.

Enzo Catania
Enzo Catania
Enzo Catania is an athletic linebacker with the size to be a dynamic playmaker on both sides of the football. At 6’3, Catania has the physical tools to be a Div. I talent for his ability to cover the pass or play up against the run. He shows responsive footwork when covering his zone in the middle of the field. Sees clearly over the line to read a quarterback’s eyes to better position himself when in coverage. Shows good agility to weave through linemen to attack ball carriers. Has good speed to reach the edge before a ball carrier can find daylight. Shows good anticipation when playing up on the line to get through to the backfield. A good tackler with a wide wingspan to wrap up ball carriers and drive them to the ground. Plays running back on offense, has a quick stride to get up to speed. Performs best as a one-cut back, doesn’t waste movement to gain yards. Has the power to run over defenders while keeping a strong balance. Catania is a natural athlete who positions himself well to be a factor on offense and defense.
