Dacosin's an instinctive S that was among the state's leaders in INTs with 5 last season. He's an anticipatory defender in coverage that reads well with his eyes and possesses the ball skills to produce turnovers at all levels of the defense. Dacosin has sneaky upside in his overall DB skill and playmaking ability.

Peterson's a raw perimeter defender with promising size and coverage ability at CB. He does a good job of mirroring breaks/patterns in man coverage and covers well over-the-top on the outside. Peterson has potential to be a breakout DB on the Nevada recruiting trail with a strong senior season in the fall.

Sellers is only second to [player_tooltip player_id='817709' first='Ryden-James' last='Dacosin'] as the #2 S in Nevada's 2024 Rankings. He's a talented middle-field safety that flashed ability to be a ballhawk defender in zone coverage with 4 INTs as a junior. He's an adequate tackler in run support that can line up near the LOS and be an extra body in the box. Sellers will look to follow up his productive junior season in 2023.
