Each week heading into the 2023 season we will spotlight several players who fit the mold or are just scratching the surface. Here are several athletes who you need to Get Eyes On.
Victor has a stout, lean build at 5’10 185 pounds, he has a thick lower trunk and he has the physical makeup to tote the load for Rock Hill. Chionuma is shifty in space, when he attacks the line of scrimmage he has great patience in the hole, he uses his superb vision to set up his blocks and when he sees daylight he has the burst to explode and get north in a hurry. Victor’s skill set is tailor made for the spread offense that Rock Hill runs and he took advantage of that in 2202 rushing for 608 yards, hauling in 22 receptions for 247 and 8 total touchdowns. Chionuma is just scratching the surface, heading into his senior season he is on a path to have a breakout 2023 season as the workhorse for Rock Hill. College programs should Get Eyes On Him.

Highlights
Hampton is a sharp route runner, who uses his short area quickness to get open early, he understands how to find soft spots in the defense, which make him a valuable target in the Willis Wildkats offensive arsenal. Debraun has strong, soft mitts that engulf the football, he is a hands catcher of the football and is one of the most skill full wideouts in his class. Hampton had a breakout junior season, with over 1,000 all-purpose yards and you can expect more production in 2023. Texas Southern, Northern Arizona and Prairie View A&M have extended offers to Hampton but has the season approaches, Debraun is a prospect that more coaches need to Get Eyes On.

Lemburg is one the top returning athletes in the state of Texas regardless of class, The Gunter High product, plays at a different speed from his opponents, as a receiver, he is shifty in space, he runs crisp routes and his playmaking ability was a key component in the Tigers run to a 2022 state title. Cannon is an explosive leaper, which aides him at winning on 50/50 jump balls. In the open field, Lemburg has the skill set to change directions quickly, his run after catch ability makes him dangerous in the open field and his acceleration on the run enables him to burst past defenders to take it to the house. Cannon has peaked the interest of schools around the country, he has multiple visits set up this summer, as well as camp invites and as more schools Get Eyes On Him, there will be offers to come heading into his senior season.
