George Myles George Myles 6'2" | 220 lbs | DL Bowman | 2024 State IN – Bowman – DL – 6’2″ 220lbs – 2024
Myles was the most experience lineman there who was in drills and looked the best as well. He can be fairly explosive at the line. He’s got a decent frame which is what you first notice. He’s well built, knows how to workout, and isn’t stiff by any means. He bends really well and just looked good. His tape shows the same traits, excepts in live action. Last year, he had a sack and 13 tackles in his first year of Varsity. He’s clearly been in the weight room since the season ended and looks better today than he did just a few months ago. He’s absolutely a guy with a ton of untapped upside who could really take off at the next level.

Derrick Santiago Derrick Santiago 6'0" | 190 lbs | QB Bowman | 2024 State IN – Bowman – ATH – 6’3″ 190lbs – 2024
Santiago was the other QB there yesterday and did a good job fitting in with everyone around him, who aren’t his teammates. He was comfortable, relaxed, and able to have a good time. He’s a big athlete with the ability to run with just about anyone. He’s a 3-sport Varsity athlete for Bowman and you can tell really has no issue moving around the field and doing whatever’s asked of him. QB, likely because he’s the best athlete on the field for them and they just want the ball in his hands. He’s a dual threat QB who last year put up 433 rushing yards and 7 TDs. He added 755-yards and 6 TDs through the air, all in 6 games. His accuracy and consistency could use some work, but that’s exactly why you go to camps and work. Santiago has a lot of tools and versatility that bode well for his future on the field.

Arzell Davis – Bowman – OL – 5’10” 265lbs – 2025
Davis was eager to learn, asked questions, and didn’t make the same mistake twice. When working with Mister, he was able to pick up and slide his feet properly. They built upon that drill and by the end Arzell was moving much smoother than before. Trusting his feet, keeping his body square, and only going on movement. As he develops and hits the weight room over the next few years, he could turn into a nice interior player. He’s a bit raw, but he’s willing to work and ask questions. He stayed after just to ask my opinion on his footwork and where I thought he could improve. I like seeing a guy willing to take the bull by the horns and Davis could easily do that this fall.

Jaylen Mead – Bowman – WR
Mead was one of the best overall athletes on the field yesterday. He’s natural, smooth, and can catch the ball. Sounds simple, but there are times he makes things look easy. He’s a lengthy athlete with good acceleration off the line. He’s able to be physical and isn’t afraid to fight through a rep. He seems to be able to fit in very easily with everyone around him and be part of the comrardory. He’s an explosive player with a lot of raw talent that could be polished at the right program when his time comes.
Jeremiah Patterson – Bowman – ATH – 5’10” 160lbs – 2025
Patterson is coming off of his second year of Varsity and is still getting better. He looked decent yesterday and there were some things that threw him off early, but as he settled down into the camp he played more loosely. He’s got good range and can come downhill in a hurry. He’s strong at the point of attack and of his 24 tackles last year, 19 of them were solos. He was wrapping up in space and making the play. A bright future could lay in store for him as he comes along the next few years.
