2026 Quarterback Follow Up

We are going to look into Alabama and Mississippi in this section. Both states are loaded with talent. That is no question. Duckworth has been working very hard this offseason. He is a dual threat quarterback with a very good arm. I'm very excited to see how he does this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='691287' first='KJ' last='Cork'], Choctaw Co</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cork is a quarterback with a very good work ethic. He wants to get better every time he steps on the field. Cork has gotten a lot better at being an accurate quarterback. He has some good arm strength. Cork also looks lighter on his feet in the pocket. He is definitely going to be a dual threat QB to talk about in this class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='691276' first='Braylen' last='Williams'], Nettleton</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Williams is definitely one of the best quarterbacks in the 2026 class. He is a dual threat guy that rocks and rolls on the read option. Williams has a few things to work on in the passing game. That doesn't take away from him being a very big impact player on his team. Williams should have a breakout season this year as far as recruiting. He put up big numbers last season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='706445' first='Jack' last='Durr'], Pearl</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Durr did a great job of being an efficient quarterback last season. Durr is a very accurate quarterback who is going to have a breakout season this year. He is accurate with a strong arm. Durr also has some nice size. He can make any throw you need a quarterback to make.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='691316' first='Braxton' last='Hughes'], Parkland</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hughes is a multi sport athlete who is very talented. He has a great arm and he can move around very well. Hughes is a quarterback that can extend plays that seem dead. He is also a very accurate QB. He is a guy that we need to keep up with.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
