[player_tooltip player_id='717882' first='Ami' last='Moala'] || DL || 6'3 || 290 || Brighton High School || 2026
Moala was a monster in the middle of the field for the Bengals' defenses. He excels at plugging up gaps against one or two offensive linemen. Moala doesn't look or play like a freshman. He gives little to no ground when battling with offensive linemen and can quickly shed them to make plays if running backs try to squeeze past him. Moala plays with a great motor and can chase down running backs on the sideline. As a pass rusher, he uses his elite athletic traits to get passed interior offensive linemen. He will be one of the state's top players regardless of position sooner rather than later.

[player_tooltip player_id='717884' first='Ocean' last='Taufa'] || DL || 6'2 || 235 || Desert Hills High School || 2026
Tafua is a talented defensive lineman who can play anywhere up front. He does a great job setting the edge and, when uncovered, can take out pullers to cause pileups behind the line of scrimmage. Tafua is also quick off the snap and can make tackles for loss all game long. His elite combination of speed and quickness allows him to beat offensive linemen rushing from the interior or on the edge. In addition, Tafua uses his hands exceptionally well and can beat offensive tackles around the edge with his physical rip move. He's also an elite tackler in space and plays hard every snap.

[player_tooltip player_id='717888' first='Donavan' last='Leausa'] || DL || 6'4 || 360 || Westlake High School || 2026
Leausa is a force to be reckoned with upfront. Every successful defense needs a defensive tackle who's willing to take on double teams all games long to free up his teammates to make plays. He explodes off the snap, ready to wreck whoever makes the mistake of getting in his way. Leausa can plug up holes and moves well laterally to bring down running backs from behind. His long arms help him bat down passes at the line of scrimmage, and he possesses one of the class's best bull rushes. Leausa should be in for another dominant campaign in the 2023 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='284199' first='Pepeloa' last='Kefu'] || DL || 6'2 || 270 || Herriman High School || 2026
Kefu is an elite-run defender who does a good job shutting down opposing offenses' ground game. He can blow up plays in the backfield with his special combination of size and quickness, making containing him for four quarters a nearly impossible task. Guards and centers have a hard time blocking down on him. Kefu keeps a low pad level and clearly doesn't skip leg day based on his ability to hold his own against double teams play after play. He plays hard each snap and doesn't stop until after the whistle. Kefu constantly forces running backs to bounce runs to the outside.
