Highlights
Scolari was the top-producing junior WR in Nevada last season with 47 catches for 1200 yards and 17 TDs. He’s a skilled vertical threat with smooth straight-line speed and great ball-tracking downfield. He’s effective lining up inside where he can find space up the seam and capitalize on mismatches with OLB/SS. Scolari picked up his second offer from Army in March.
Marcenato was another productive wideout for Bishop Manogue last fall finishing with 34 catches for 650 yards and 14 rec TDs. He’s a crafty receiver that flashes playmaking ability with the ball in his hands. He’s developing as a route-runner and can win at the catch-point in 1v1 situations downfield. Marconato and Scolari are one of the top WR duos in the state heading into the 2023 season.
Hoskins is a high-utility playmaker on offense. He’s highly effective with the ball in his hands on jet sweeps and end-arounds with his ability to turn the corner and make defenders miss on the edge. He has natural skills as a receiver and good speed after the catch. Hoskins’ upside lies in his versatility and overall playmaking ability.
Highlights
Lewis flashes natural athleticism on both sides of the ball at WR/DB. He excels at winning 1v1 matchups on the outside relying on advanced ball skills and competing at the catch point. He’s a strong tackler in the secondary with a useful frame for either side of the ball at 6’2”/195. Lewis has drawn interest from several D-II/D-III programs.
Ramsey’s a high-upside WR prospect with size, length, and athleticism at 6’4”/195. He has potential to be a dominant mismatch on the outside with his extended radius and ability to pluck the ball out of the air. His stock will benefit significantly from increased production and volume as a senior- look for Ramsey to be a breakout WR in Nevada this fall.
