2024 TX Athletes Everyone Should Know Vol. 3

Here are some names everyone should know!</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='444013' first='Kordell' last='Berry'] - ℅ 2024 RB - Life Waxahachie High School - Waxahachie, Texas - </strong>[player_tooltip player_id='444013' first='Kordell' last='Berry'] is an extremely talented running back out of the Dallas Metro area. Barry has incredible acceleration and explodes out of the backfield. He does a great job of reading his blocks. When Kordell finds his crease, it is extremely hard to catch him.  Berry also has visibly great agility in his cuts and ability to make defenders miss. Berry is also very effective catching the ball out of the backfield, and in the screen game. [player_tooltip player_id='444013' first='Kordell' last='Berry'] accumulated 1,729 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns in 2022. Evans-Perkins plays Wide Receiver, Running Back, Quarterback and is an electrifying player at each position. He is a swift runner with the ball in his hands. Payton hits holes quickly and makes moves to avoid defenders with ease. Just because Payton is an athlete does not mean that he can't sling that rock. He keeps defenses honest with his arm strength and accuracy, and has a great touch on the deep ball. Evans-Perkens is an electric athlete that if used correctly can be a threat to any defense. Payton's season was cut short due to injury, but make no mistake, he is an incredible athlete! He has great length at 6'3” 170 lbs and uses his body very well. He has a great burst of speed that allows him to get separation from defenders. Norman has a great ability to track a football in the air, and consistently catches the ball well with his hands. Norman's abilities combined with his size makes him a potential Division 1 prospect. Gill has the ability to escape the pocket very well, and does a good job of keeping his eyes upfield to find open receivers. If you are not accounting for the Quarterback, Gill has great speed and vision to find creases in the defense. He has legit 4.5 speed and proves to be a threat at all times! As a passer, Gill has impressive arm strength, and great accuracy in all of his throws. He has great vision of the field, and makes great decisions with the football. Wright is 6'6” 315 lbs going into his senior year. Wright moves bodies and paves the way for a talented Centerville High School offense. James has good power in his run blocking. Wright can protect well in the passing game. With great college coaching, James Wright has the potential to be a powerhouse offensive lineman at the next level. Wright currently has one offer to Prairie View A&amp;M.
