No. 11 [player_tooltip player_id='421606' first='Joel' last='Rogers'] — 6-1, 185 ATH — West Feliciana

The versatile West Feliciana athlete, who quarterbacked the Saints to a state semifinal, has been on a steady recruiting rise since last year and hit another gear during the past two months with a most recent run of offers that includes Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Texas, LSU, Alabama and Tennessee. Home-state programs have faired well in St. Francisville through the years, but the Tigers will not lack for competitors for Rogers.

No. 12 [player_tooltip player_id='675888' first='Tristan' last='Santoro'] — 6-6, 270 OL — Evangel Christian

Baylor kicked off Santoro's recruitment last summer, with Tulane, Louisiana Tech, Texas Southern, Memphis and Louisiana (Lafayette) — which drew a visit in March — joining since then. The Evangel tackle figures to have a big-time spring and summer ahead on the recruiting trail.

No. 13 [player_tooltip player_id='421520' first='Ahmad' last='Breaux'] — 6-4, 250 DL — Ruston —> LSU commit

Duke had been one of the longest-standing presences in the talented Bearcats' defensive lineman's recruitment dating back to at least mid-fall and even drew a commitment early in 2023. But when home-state LSU made its move in early March, Breaux knew where his heart was and made the quick flip to the Tigers with big goals with his fellow classmates to help the program's push back toward national title contention.

No. 14 [player_tooltip player_id='421604' first='Albert' last='Smith III'] — 6-2, 205 LB — Ponchatoula

Baylor, Nebraska, Missouri, Arizona State and Tulane have been among the first offers for the speedy edge-rusher, and Southern Miss and Mississippi State each earned recent visits to kick off April. The Bears have been among the longest in play for Smith, have plenty of a Louisiana connections and recent success in a Power Five conference working in their favor. Missouri and Arizona State each have their share of Louisiana connections. And Smith just watched running back Tyjae Spears, another favorite son of Ponchatoula, became somewhat of a local legend with nearby Tulane.

No. 15 [player_tooltip player_id='285195' first='Khayree' last='Lee Jr.'] — 6-6, 330 OL — John Ehret —> LSU commit

The big offensive lineman in New Orleans is technically LSU's longest-standing in-state commitment now with the move of linebacker Xavier Atkins from Jonesboro-Hodge over to the Houston suburbs. Lee, already a standout underclassman, dedicated himself this past year to getting in better shape due in no small part to his drive to secure the opportunity to play for the home-state Tigers. He made his commitment announcement in November and has remained hard at work on his body, his craft and his recruiting efforts to continue to grow the Tigers' class.

No. 16 [player_tooltip player_id='139491' first='Wallace' last='Foster IV'] — 5-11, 160 DB — Warren Easton —> LSU commit

Foster announced his commitment to the Tigers two weeks after Lee this past November. LSU had extended a meaningful offer early in the young cornerback's recruiting explosion, and the home-state program's continued commitment and support as he worked his way through an injury that cost his junior season only further underscored the depth of the relationship. Like his aforementioned in-state 2024 classmates, Foster has also been growing strong bonds with his fellow commits, including helping host the out-of-state prospects during recent visits to Louisiana.

No. 17 [player_tooltip player_id='675889' first='Kavion' last='Broussard'] — 6-6, 270 OL — Zachary

Louisiana (Lafayette), Georgia Tech, Cincinnati and Arkansas State have been the most recent additions to a list of offers that includes Tulane, TCU, Florida State, Miami, Mississippi State, Texas Tech and Missouri. Florida State and LSU are among his most recent visits, and the home-state Tigers are keeping a close eye on him as spring ball approaches.

No. 18 [player_tooltip player_id='421516' first='Sandy' last='Lewis'] — 6-2, 235 LB — Lafayette Christian

Alabama, Texas A&M, Tulane, Ole Miss and McNeese State have been the first offers for Lewis from last summer through the winter. He's visited both Alabama and LSU on multiple occasions and will make the short trip back to Baton Rouge this month for the Tigers' spring game. Lewis is another prospect who figures to have a lot of developments in his recruitment still ahead in the coming months.

No. 19 [player_tooltip player_id='139503' first='Marcus' last='Dawson Jr.'] — 6-3, 190 DB — University Lab

A long-overdue string of offers has started falling into place of late for "Deuce," who has earned ULM, Southeastern Louisiana, Nicholls State and Texas State to join Grambling State from last spring. And Dawson is also firmly on the radars of several other programs around the state and region, including SEC members such as LSU and Tennessee, and in-state Louisiana (Lafayette) and Tulane, each of which has drawn recent visits.

No. 20 [player_tooltip player_id='675890' first='KJ' last='Daniels'] — 5-10, 155 WR — Franklinton

Texas Tech kicked off the Franklinton speedster's recruitment in the fall, and the Red Raiders are among a trio of Big 12-tied programs among his most prominent out-of-state offers along with Big 12-joining Houston and Big 12-exiting, SEC-bound Oklahoma. Tulane and Louisiana Tech are notable early in-state options. And Arkansas State and Memphis have each joined the mix. Daniels visited Oklahoma and Louisiana Tech in March and should be in for a big few months as more programs get a chance to see him in person.
