Jake Hilton Jake Hilton 6'5" | 190 lbs | WR Prescott | 2023 State AZ , WR Prescott
It’s not everyday that a D3 school lands a dominant, 6″4″ 185lb WR that runs a legit 4.4. Wisconsin-River Falls lands a huge gem with Hilton, as he’ll fit in rightaway in that X/Z spot in their air-raid offense. How Hilton ended up at a D3 schools truly shocks me given his skillset along with his measurements, but he’ll have a huge opportunity to dominate for 4 years. Sharp route runner and a big time vertical threat that can be a big difference maker.
Chris Arviso Chris Arviso 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Mountain Pointe | 2023 State AZ , QB, Mountain Pointe
Arviso will play ball at Colorado State-Pueblo in the RMAC conference and flashes that potential to excel at the D2 level. Accurate passer with the ability to use touch or velocity and can throw off platform and with different arm angles. Athletic enough to avoid sacks and extend plays with his feet, and can even get moving well in space to pick up big chunks of yards. Overall a great grab in south Phoenix by CSU Pueblo.
Will Galvan Will Galvan 5'9" | 160 lbs | ATH Cactus | 2023 State AZ , ATH, Cactus
Galvan is headed to Eastern New Mexico and has the skillset to play on either side of the ball there. Super dynamic kid that proved to excel everywhere he lined up in high school. He’s twitched up with good top end speed and excellent burst with natural ball skills, proving to be a reliable slot or a ball hawk on D. Overlooked due to his size but he makes up for it with his athleticism.
Cole Lalama Cole Lalama 6'0" | 210 lbs | LB Queen Creek | 2023 State AZ , LB, Queen Creek
Lalama will head over to Western New Mexico. He possesses a really good football IQ with excellent play rec. He did a great job understanding angles by frequently taking a good pursuit track towards ball carriers. Balanced LB as he can drop into coverage and understand responsibilities or fill alleys and deliver with a good striking ability. A super underrated player and he’ll be a great fit in that WNMU defense.
Layton Duncan Layton Duncan 6'1" | 180 lbs | WR Brophy | 2023 State AZ , WR, Brophy
Duncan will join Arviso at Colorado State-Pueblo. I’ve been in Duncan’s corner since his Jr. season when I saw him vs St. Mary’s. Excellent route runner with a nice stick and burst at the top of his routes to generate immediate separation. Good ball skills as he does a good job attacking the ball and possesses good body control to go along with it. I had Duncan projected as an FCS kid, but CSU-Pueblo lands another AZ gem.
