Azarius Hayes | WR | Plymouth | Twitter- Been_Az3
Hayes had an outstanding day overall. He ran a very nice 40-yard dash time, posting an impressive 4.68. Hayes has very good change of direction and it helps him run very precise routes. Hayes has very good hands and does not drop the football often. Hayes was very good in one-one-ones and showed off his speed by winning on vertical routes.
Ryan LaFear Ryan LaFear 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Anchor Bay | 2025 State MI | QB | Anchor Bay | Twitter- RyanLafear7
LaFear stood out right away by the way he throws the football. He has a quick fluid motion and the ball really jumps off his hand. He is very athletic and has a nice drop back. During the final team period with the receivers, you really got to see LaFear’s accuracy on full display. LaFear ran a really nice 40-time and like Azarius Hayes, had a really nice day overall.
Cameron Dawood | WR | Rochester Adams
I loved watching Dawood compete this past Saturday. He has very good hands at receiver and always is looking to snatch the ball out of the air and turn up the field. Dawood did a great job of competing on every single repetition, whether it was at his position drill of whether is was in one-one-ones. Dawood is in the 2026 class and has a very bright future ahead playing for Rochester Adams.
Nick Waszczenko Nick Waszczenko 6'0" | 220 lbs | LB Clarkston | 2024 State MI | LB | Clarkston | Twitter- NWaszczenko
Waszczenko looked very good running through drills with the linebackers. His athleticism was on full display and he had a nice day overall. He moves side-to-side very well and has very good body control. He has strong muscular build and just looks like a linebacker at 6 feet, 215 lbs. I look forward to seeing him play this year at Clarkston, a program that is known for always having good football players.
Cason Carswell Cason Carswell 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Mason | 2025 State MI | QB | Mason | Twitter- carswellcason
The first thing that stands out about Carswell is his arm strength. He has no problem letting it rip and throwing a nice deep ball. Carswell was consistent throwing the ball all day. He is a guy who you can tell has a lot of confidence in his abilities. Carswell became the starting quarterback for Mason last year in 2021. He has played a big role in the team winning a lot of football games the last two years and reaching the state-semi finals in back to back years.
Mason Korn Mason Korn 5'9" | 175 lbs | RB L’Anse Creuse North | 2025 State MI | RB | L’anse Creuse North | Twitter- masonkorn_
Mason Korn Mason Korn 5'9" | 175 lbs | RB L’Anse Creuse North | 2025 State MI stood out right away by the way he competed all day. I love that he was always up towards the front of line and ready to run every drill. He has a lean muscular build and has good change of direction. Korn won a lot of repetitions on the day and even if he did not have his best rep he was not phased and ready to get after the next one.
