There were some studs out here competing this weekend. I drove from Mississippi to Texas to see some good action. I was not disappointed. It was great seeing the skilled guys get out there, taunt each other and compete. The weather wasn't its best, but these guys still did their thing.

[player_tooltip player_id='797181' first='Jorey' last='Anderson'], 2025, WR, Timbercreek

Anderson was unstoppable today. This young is a trash talker that has good sportsmanship. Anderson was shaking hands saying "good job" to his opponent behind every rep. His skills as a route runner are polished. I was glad to see that. He knows how to get open. He was a quarterback favorite this weekend. Anderson also knows how to make acrobatic catches. This young man is the truth.

[player_tooltip player_id='797166' first='Brock' last='Burkett'], QB, 2026, Keller

Burkett was very accurate today. He is a freshman that won the quarterback MVP award. He understands how to make the right throw at a young age. Burkett was accurate all day long. I was impressed with his ball placement. He also knows how to throw the deep ball. He can put it on the back shoulder, or lead the receiver under the ball to keep his strides.

[player_tooltip player_id='338464' first='Kingston' last='Cramer'], QB, 2025, Clear Brook

Cramer was impressive yesterday. He has good footwork with great arm strength. He needs to work on being accurate. Cramer has a good arm with nice mechanics. If he can learn to get the ball out on time he will be a top prospect. He was delivering the football very well this weekend. Cramer has the size to be a dog on the field. Let's keep up with him.

[player_tooltip player_id='752295' first='Luc' last='Jacquemard'], WR, Southlake Carroll, 2026

This young man is one heck of a receiver. He is a freshman that I will be keeping up with. He runs very nice routes. I love to see the guys who know how to get open. That is what he was doing today. He was getting the separation he needed to make things happen. I'll keep my ears and eyes open for his name.

Koster Drew, WR, Hebron, 2026

Drew came to prove he is a stud. He had a decent 40 time when he ran a 4.6. He also was out there showing that he has some athleticism at receiver. Drew has good hands and quick feet. He was finding ways to get a lot of separation from his opponents. I'll be keeping up with him.
