Pyatt is a player that will be on everyone’s radar for the next couple of years. He is a high energy player that has a knack for being around the football. He brings the intensity on defense and he uses his strength to driving blockers back or he can beat them with speed to make the play in the backfield. He has good vision and instinct, being able to see the play, read and react quickly. He is also a player that can make an impact on special teams as well. He has a lot of potential and will be helping a major D1 program down the road.
Highlights
Ford is a player with potential that can lineup on the slot or outside receiver and can make plays at both spots. He is a player that is quick out of his back peddle and breaks on the ball well, separating the ball away from the receiver. He plays with speed and tenacity, always flying around the field and trying to get in on the play. He shows good hands being able to high point the ball and take it the other direction. He has turned some heads this past season and continues to impress on the 7v7 circuit as well.
Highlights
Clark is a player that can line up at corner or safety and he looks comfortable at both. He plays the game with speed and is a good open field tackler. He can also comes down into the box quickly to make a tackle as well. He has good hips that allow him to use his speed to open up and run with the receiver. He makes good breaks on the ball getting in the receivers pocket and either knocks the pass down or jumps the route and takes it the other way. He will be an under the radar guy to keep an eye on this season.
Johnson is a player that plays with toughness and grit, taking on double teams and fighting to get back into the play. He is a smart player and when he gets into the backfield, gets to his depth and doesn’t over run the play or get washed out by over pursuing. Once he gets his hands on the runner it is hard for them to get away, not allowing runners to gain extra yards. He is always playing with physicality and is good at shedding blocks to get to the ball carrier.
Highlights
Talbert is a player that is good at getting physical and getting hands on the receiver, getting them off of their timing on the route. He shows good footwork when he is in press coverage and uses his quickness to stay with receivers and breaking up the pass. He is a player that has a lot of speed and plays well in the trail technique, using that speed to close the space on receivers. He is also a special teams guy that flies around and can make the play in the open field.
