Busy Recruiting Weekend Across Natural State

In today's article, we are going to look at prospects across the Natural State making visits during a busy recruiting weekend. From Fayetteville to Arkadelphia, it is a weekend that is important for college football teams hosting recruits. Here are some of the recruits to watch out for this upcoming season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Marquez Brentley-Athlete-Pine Bluff-2024</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the most athletic prospects in the class of 2024. Marquez Brentley has seen his recruiting begin to explode over the past few months. He has the ability to play and excel on both sides of the ball. However, he is a physical wide receiver that does an excellent job of creating separation from opposing defensive backs. Brentley had the opportunity to showcase his ability at Ouachita Baptist University over the weekend. King is a powerhouse on the offensive line. He is an excellent run blocker that has no trouble at all clearing a rushing lane. King continues to display his ability as a pass blocker as well. He has the potential to be a target for a number of teams over the next two seasons. King had the opportunity to visit the Arkansas Razorbacks over the weekend. [player_tooltip player_id='354784' first='Trey' last='Howard'] has the speed to stretch the field on the deep routes. Howard runs smooth routes and uses it well to help create separation from opposing defensive backs. Howard had the opportunity to spend the weekend in Russellville visiting the Arkansas Tech coaching staff. Taylor has extremely quick feet and impressive speed. He is a strong offensive lineman that keeps opposing defensive linemen off-balance with his mix of power and speed. [player_tooltip player_id='364854' first='Cody' last='Taylor'] has started to blow up from a recruiting perspective and he is going to open more eyes over the next few seasons. Wimberly is a player on the defensive line that can move from the tackle to the edge position with equal effectiveness. Wimberly has the speed to disrupt both the run and the passing offense of the opponent. He has the potential to have a big season for the Badgers in 2023.
