At 6’1″ 195lb AJ Surace has lead his Notre Dame Fighting Irish to a number of wins and some gaudy career statistics. As of February 5, 2023, the standout pro-style Quarterback decided to take his talents, not to South Beach, but rather on the banks. Surace committed to play college football at Rutgers and officially became a Scarlet Knight. For the foreseeable future, it looks like Surace will be protected by Delran’s Kenny Jones Kenny Jones 6’5″ | 300 lbs | OL Delran | 2024 State NJ , who has also committed to Rutgers.

Joining AJ Surace and Kenny Jones Kenny Jones 6’5″ | 300 lbs | OL Delran | 2024 State NJ on the banks in 2024 will be the big-bodied lineman out of Newark’s Shabazz High School Judah Pruitt Judah Pruitt 6’5″ | 315 lbs | OL Shabazz | 2024 State NJ . Pruitt committed to become a Scarlet Knight recently, on April 22, 2023 to be exact. The present-day Bulldog, who currently plays offense, might be converted to defense. Either way, one of two things will happen: Surace will get more protection in the pocket or iron will sharpen iron as Pruitt will face off against Jones in practice every day.
New Jersey’s 2022 State Gatorade and Maxpreps’ Player of the Year has made a decision. After Micah Ford Micah Ford 6’1″ | 205 lbs | ATH Tom Rivers North | 2024 State NJ completes his senior season for the Toms River North Mariners, Ford will be taking his talents to Stanford University. At this point it is unknown what the Cardinal’s plan is for the 6’1″ 210lb talent. Ford made his commitment very recently, doing so on April 25, 2023.
Syracuse University traveled down to North Jersey and scooped up a good one. On March 4, 2023 the Orange earned the commitment of 6’2″ 210lb tailback Travon Dye Travon Dye 6’1″ | 215 lbs | LB Passaic Tech | 2024 NJ . Dye, who is currently rostered by the Passaic County Tech Bulldogs, will be carrying the rock in the Carrier Dome starting in 2024.
