Highlights
Sakaguchi is a two-way star for Bonneville and could play on either sides of the ball at the next level. He offers good upside at the next level due to length and his frame while able to pack more weight on as he progresses through college. On tape, he shows a huge catch radius and strong hands in traffic while able to high-point and make contested catches in traffic. Defensively, he is twitchy for his size with some bend and a active use of hands at the POA while showing solid COD abilities in the open field and tackling abilities. Against the run, he plays with heavy hands and can defeat blocks quickly while closing quickly and covering ground in the backfield. Going into his Junior season, he should see his stock rise and colleges start to show interest due to his length and upside.
Barrus is a still developing player that enters into our 2025 ranks as the number two defensive lineman in the class across the state and is another raw prospect with nice upside due to frame and length. He is stout against the run with a good base, heavy strike and establishes immediate inside hand placement while able to provide a edge presence and collapse the pocket quickly. He could find his home inside or on the edge at the next level depending on the scheme and should draw college interest soon.
Highlights
Maloff is a big bodied interior road grader that gets off the ball quickly, fires out with a strong punch and drives defenders off the ball quickly. He plays with a low hat, bends in his stance and excels when down-blocking and in tight windows. Still working on blocking in space/feet, he should have a breakout Junior season for the Warriors at the IOL position.
