Crosby was sensational for the Jaguars in 2022. He impressed inside the pocket with good footwork and impressive downfield accuracy. Crosby throws a great ball and places it right in his indeed targets bread basket. He is willing to stand tall in the pocket and take hits in order to make plays for his team. Crosby does a great job reading a defense and finding ideal matchups to exploit for his team’s benefit. He goes through his progressions at a good pace and does a good job avoiding pressure when the pocket breaks down.

The Stallion’s sophomore signal caller can deliver accurate throws into tight coverage. Dearden possesses a strong arm and one of the class’s quickest releases. He puts both these traits to good use when moving the chains by connecting with his receivers over the middle of the field. Dearden quickly processes what’s happening on the field and always knows where to go with the ball when plays break down. He’s an elite athlete who can gash a defense with his legs. Deadren possesses elite acceleration, and he can change direction with a quick cut at any moment.

Lesa is a skilled thrower and runner with the ball in his hands. He makes great decisions in the pocket, and if he decides to leave it. As a runner, he has good vision and impressive speed he uses to rack up yards a plenty. His acceleration and ability to make defenders miss is truly sensational. Lesa can fit passes into tight coverage even when throwing off platform. He does a good job evading pressure and keeps his eyes downfield while doing so. Lesa makes excellent decisions in the option game and can beat defenders to the edge.

Rasmussen can make tough throws under pressure. He isn’t fazed by hulking defensive linemen in his face and will stand tall in the pocket, willing to get hit to move the chains for the Chargers. Rasmussen also does an excellent job backpedaling to buy his playmakers time to get open on third and longs. He’s also a good runner who can scramble or beat defenses in the designed quarterback run game. Rasmussen displays good accuracy at every field level and can make dynamic throws on the move. He will have to wait for Wilson to graduate, but once he does, he’ll be ready to be the next great Chargers quarterback.

Aston possesses outstanding accuracy all over the field and especially outside the numbers. He throws a good ball and doesn’t get rushed inside the pocket. Aston gets great air under each of his passes and drops passes right into his receivers hands on deep shots. He does a good job stepping up in the pocket to make throws when pressure comes around the edge. Aston shows good touch on passes over the middle of the field, where he throws over the heads of linebackers to hit his intended target. Aston and the Bulldogs offense should be in for a huge season.

Leavitt has a cannon for an arm. When he lets it rip, receivers better be at their top speed, or he can overthrow them. Leavitt possesses one of the class’s best arms but is also a well-rounded signal caller. He trusts his receiver and does a good job recognizing mismatches on the outside to put his team in the best position to succeed. Leavitt allows his receivers to high-point passes on 50/50 balls with elite placement on his throws. He makes good decisions while operating offenses and should take the next step in 2023.
