This was a good week for a lot of the top prospects around Mississippi. These guys have been on our radar for a while. However, there is always room to have your stock rise. The NIL business is in play. The better off these kids are during the recruiting process, the less they have to worry about when going to college. Let's take a look.

[player_tooltip player_id='344052' first='Kahnen' last='Daniels'], APB, West Point

Daniels committed to Florida this week. Not everyday we see Mississippi prospects committing to the University of Florida. Daniels is going to fit into that system very well. It isn't a surprise that he is considering leaving the state to advance his career. He is a guy that stays on the road during the off-season. He doesn't mind leaving home to further his career.

[player_tooltip player_id='346420' first='Gavin' last='Griffin'], Velma Jackson, RB

Griffin was recently invited to the 2023 Army Bowl. I am a big fan of Griffin. I think this will be the year he sees his stock rise. Griffin is flying under the radar. He possesses the tools to be a big time back on the next level. Griffin has been working very hard this off-season. He definitely can be mentioned again amongst our Wednesday Workhorses soon. Griffin is a division one running back. Keep your eyes on him.

[player_tooltip player_id='344138' first='Jamonta' last='Waller'], EDGE, Picayune

Waller is going to be a beast on the next level. He has committed to play in the 2024 Under Armour All American game. Waller is a stud that we discuss very often. He has a lot of different moves that helps him succeed. He was recently named a five star by 247 Sports. Waller started his journey as a sophomore. He is definitely been a workhorse. That has paid off for him.

Alex Foster, DL, Greenville St Joe

Foster has blown up this off-season. He has picked up several power five offers. Foster is a stud that a lot of coaches want on their defensive line. Foster is fierce in the trenches. He doesn't take it easy on offensive linemen. I love to watch him sling an OL out of his way on his journey to make a sack or tackle. He also does a decent job tackling in the open field.
