<p><strong>The Top 200 for 2024 was just updated in the State of Oregon (below). There has been a lot of movement with numerous additions to the rankings board. Please note that if an athlete drops in the rankings, it is likely due to numerous players being added. Have a look at #76-100</strong></p>

<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>76.[player_tooltip player_id='206870' first='Troy' last='Osborne'] 6-4 190 WR Grants Pass</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>If the Sacramento State baseball commit wanted to play football at the FCS level he could. Osborne will rank as one of the state's top receivers. He's just not as well-known playing down South. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>77.[player_tooltip player_id='278373' first='Patrick' last='Wooley'] 6-5 350 DT Liberty</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Wooley earned 1st team all-conference honors as a sophomore and is a great overall leader and kid. From a mobility standpoint we will see how he fares this coming season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>78.[player_tooltip player_id='511297' first='Makani' last='Manuwai'] 6-0 250 DL South Medford</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Manuwai was a big reason South had the season they did last year. He comes from a talented family and will return after a breakout 1st team all-conference season. He's undersized for the position but will combo nicely with 6-6 DE [player_tooltip player_id='152360' first='Gabe' last='Staszak'] on the defensive front. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>79.[player_tooltip player_id='511301' first='Evan' last='Morris'] 6-3 170 DB Sherwood</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>I could see Morris making a big jump on this list before its over. He has elite size and overall athleticism and will project as a conference POY candidate this season, after earning 2nd team all-Pacific honors on D. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>80.[player_tooltip player_id='278407' first='Montral' last='Brazile Jr']. 5-9 160 ATH Jefferson</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The 2nd team all-conference DB is also one of the state's top wrestlers, showing off his overall versatility. As noted previously Brazile comes from an impressive family and should be a featured athlete in the PIL next season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>81.[player_tooltip player_id='511298' first='Jonathan' last='Berrien Jr.'] 6-1 210 LB Mountainside</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Berrien Jr. will project as one of the top players in the Metro after earning 2nd team all-conference accolades last year. He's still somewhat of an unknown but has the potential of being one of the top OLB's in Oregon. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>82.[player_tooltip player_id='738766' first='Hayden' last='Weaver'] 6-3 220 DE Eagle Point</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Definitely a leading candidate for conference POY honors defensively. Weaver was one of the only underclassmen statewide at the 5A level to earn 1st team accolades on both sides of the ball. He's got legit size coming off the edge from his DE spot. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>83.[player_tooltip player_id='511302' first='Kallen' last='Gutridge'] 6-3 185 QB Wilsonville</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The 2nd team all-state QB had a good year helping his team to the 5A state title game. On the season he passed for 31 TDs/8 INTs and over 2000 yards, but struggled hitting on 49% of his passes. He impresses with overall athleticism (basketball). </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>84.[player_tooltip player_id='152348' first='King' last='Luafutu'] 5-11 190 LB Century</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Luafutu will go down as one of the best defensive players ever to come out of Century. He's somewhat undersized for the position but plays with his hair on fire, accounting for 128 total tackles and 9 tackles for loss over the last two seasons. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>85.[player_tooltip player_id='278441' first='Keaten' last='Fried'] 6-1 190 LB Sherwood</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Fried went off this past season earning 2nd team all-state and defensive POY honors in the Pacific Conference. He thrives in a football setting and was also instrumental in Team ALPHA's success on the 7v7 circuit. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>86.[player_tooltip player_id='511300' first='Houstyn' last='Lee-Perry'] 6-1 210 LB Liberty</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Lee-Perry had an outstanding year himself, racking up Co-D lineman of the year honors in the Pacific. The 3-sport athlete played out of position on the line, while projecting as more of an outside backer. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>87.[player_tooltip player_id='152362' first='Ethan' last='Burkhead'] 5-11 165 ATH Thurston </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Look for Burkhead to make the move to RB this season as the Colts will be able to use his speed and athleticism out of the backfield. If he can finally stay healthy and showcase that 10.8 speed the sky's the limit. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>88.[player_tooltip player_id='524065' first='Kiva' last='Jackson'] 6-1 185 DB Roosevelt </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>A kid everyone wants to have on their team. Jackson earned 2nd team all-conference honors after making 48 total tackles with 3 PBUs as a junior. On the year he only allowed 2 catches to put his defensive presence into perspective. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>89.[player_tooltip player_id='738761' first='Tyson' last='Van Gastel'] 6-3 210 DB Mazama</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>One of the only players in Oregon to earn all-state honors on both sides of the football. Even though it's 4A it's still an impressive feat. The 6-3 QB/S has the size and athleticism to jump up this list quickly. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>90.[player_tooltip player_id='738764' first='Eddie' last='Freauff'] 6-4 200 DB Crook County </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Few are aware, playing small school ball out in rural central Oregon, but the 6-4 athlete can play. Freauff earned honorable mention all-state honors and has the size and potential to make some noise next season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>91.[player_tooltip player_id='132438' first='Jakoby' last='Feist'] 6-0 180 QB Tigard</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Feist is just a really good overall athlete who can play QB. He should be considered an Oregon breakout POY candidate. The Tigers will need his leadership with a bunch of young talent on the roster. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>92.[player_tooltip player_id='278392' first='Trevor' last='O'leary'] 6-0 185 DB Glencoe</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Just to put his overall athleticism into perspective, O'Leary went for over 1000 yards rushing, averaging 6 yards per carry on the season from his QB spot. This had him ranked 5th in Oregon among all at the 6A level in rushing. I like him as a DB at the next level. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>93.[player_tooltip player_id='738967' first='Lombel' last='Doreen'] 5-7 155 ATH Thurston</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Doreen had an impressive junior season earning 1st team all-league honors on defense. We could see him a lot more on O next season, after his 36 touches and 4 TDs the last two years. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>94.[player_tooltip player_id='738910' first='John' last='Stone Jr.'] 6-6 300 T Tigard</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>You can't argue with the size, but he will need to back that up with the film this coming season. The Tigers graduate one of the most experienced lines in the state as Stone Jr. will be called to step up. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>95.[player_tooltip player_id='520401' first='Sentori' last='Martino'] 6-0 180 DB Barlow</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Martino earned 2nd team all Mt Hood honors on D and had flashes of being one of the best return men in the state. Barlow will be a potential top 10 team at the 6A level. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>96.[player_tooltip player_id='520389' first='Kayle' last='Pisano'] 6-3 230 DE Clackamas</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Pisano has the size and potential to climb this list quick. The talented multi sport athlete has legit size and impressed coming off the edge last season. On the year he made 45 total tackles, with 4 sacks, and 6 tackles for loss, grabbing 2nd team all Mt Hood accolades. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>97.[player_tooltip player_id='207259' first='Kyrin' last='Fuimaono'] 6-0 195 QB McKay</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Fuimaono will go down as one of the most successful athletes ever to come out of McKay. He will be a 4-year starter which is rare, after hitting on 62% of his passes for 1907 yards, and 14 TDs/6 INTs last season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>98.[player_tooltip player_id='383833' first='Tyler' last='Creswick'] 6-1 180 WR Putnam</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Creswick led the state in non-offensive TDs with (6) and earned 1st team all NWOC accolades on Offense and Defense. He was one of the most productive athletes in Oregon at the 5A level, with 61 receptions, 638 yards, and 15 total TDs. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>99.[player_tooltip player_id='238631' first='Dylan' last='Howell'] 6-1 270 OL Barlow</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>One of the most talented lineman in Oregon. Howell has earned 1st team all Mt Hood honors in back-to-back seasons, with the potential of being the lineman of the year within the conference. From a projection standpoint it's a size thing. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>100.[player_tooltip player_id='278432' first='Sam' last='Stephens'] 5-8 160 RB Summit </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Stephens is undersized but one of the best RBs in Oregon. He earned 1st team all state honors with1,604 total yards and 19 TDs, averaging 6.2 yards per carry. The 5A state champs will need his leadership next season, graduating a deep senior group. </p>
