Hudson Gray – Northwest Whitfield
One of the top sleeper wide receivers in North Georgia, the Dalton native is a polished wideout with excellent hands and the ability to pick up big yards after the catch. He snatches the ball out of the air with ease and has enough speed to fly past defenders who don’t take the correct angle. At 6-foot-0 180-pounds, Gray is a natural pass-catcher who runs well. Gray claims a 4.49 in the 40-yard dash, making him one of the fastest and most explosive receivers in all of North Georgia. He was a consistent playmaker all year long for Northwest Whitfield, catching 58 passes for 808 yards and four touchdowns on the season. He’s quick, twitchy, and tough for most defensive backs to cover in the area. He has the ability to take over games as a receiver when given the opportunity, and he’ll be tough to stop once again next fall as a senior.
Sean Wilson Sean Wilson 5'11" | 175 lbs | WR Alpharetta | 2024 State GA – Alpharetta
One of the top returning receivers in Fulton County, Wilson is an impressive route-runner who is dangerous after the catch. The Raiders had an excellent passing game last year with plenty of weapons, and Wilson was one of their biggest. He’s a big vertical threat down the field who can find the football in the air and make a play on it. He’s a mismatch against more cornerbacks in the area in single coverage, and his ability to get open on his own makes him a go-to option when the Raiders need to make a big play in the passing game. As a junior last year, Wilson caught 43 passes for 760 yards and seven touchdowns. His biggest game last year came against Lassiter where he caught 8 passes for 216 yards and three touchdowns. He was unstoppable and brings that potential every Friday night. The Raiders will be without quarterback Ben Guthrie Ben Guthrie 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Alpharetta | 2023 State GA , but whoever takes over has a big-play receiver to throw too in 2023.
Ron Golden – Liberty County
A small-town wideout who knows how to win jump-balls down the field on a consistent basis, Golden has good size right now at 6-foot-0 180-pounds who consistently made plays just about every week last year as a junior. The Hinesville native was one of the more productive receivers in the area, catching 51 passes last year for 754 yards and four touchdowns. He was also a threat in the return game as he’s a dependable option whenever he can get the ball in his hands. He was consistently productive and was one of the better receivers in Southeast Georgia last fall. His best game last year came in a win over Bradwell where he hauled in five big catches for 111 yards and two touchdowns. He was a big-play threat on any particular passing play and bound for another big season as a senior next year.
