The 2024 class is deep, talented, and continues to have prospects see their recruitment take off.

Which 2024 wide receivers saw new offers come their way recently?

Prep Redzone has all the details...

[player_tooltip player_id='400853' first='Kyle' last='Vaka'] - Kell

A big-time transfer who previously played at Johns Creek, Vaka will bring his impressive route-running, hands, and big play ability over to Kell for thee 2023 season. The Longhorns are a program on the rise, and Vaka gives quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='325240' first='Bryce' last='Clavon'] another weapon to throw too in the passing game. At 6-foot-1 180-pounds, Vaka has enough size to make plays over smaller defenders while bringing plenty of speed as well. He's a vertical threat and a crisp route-runner who knows how to get open and make plays after the catch. He can sneak past defenders down the field and always finds himself in a position to make a play. LAst year for Johns Creek, the junior had a productive season, catching 36 passes for 706 yards and five touchdowns. Playing in a dynamic offense with an experienced quarterback, look for Vaka's numbers to increase even more as a senior next fall. He has D1-caliber talent, and he recently earned his first Power-5 offer from Louisville. With the Cardinals extending an offer, look for more programs to follow suit.

https://twitter.com/KyleVaka/status/1639060338359300099?s=20

Kale Woodburn – Houston County

One of the fastest and most explosive receivers coming back next year in Middle Georgia, the Houston County playmaker was a big-play threat all season long for QB [player_tooltip player_id='321465' first='Antwann' last='Hill'] Jr. and the Bears offense. One of the more productive receivers in all of Middle Georgia, Woodburn has game-changing speed down the field and can score on any particular play with Hill throwing the ball. He gets open down the field, knows how to bait defensive backs, and can fly past defenders with ease if they don't havee enough speed or proper technique in coverage. He caught an impressive 67 passes last season for 1,044 yards and 13 touchdowns. He ended the season on a high note, catching 23 passes for 344 yards and three touchdowns over his final three games. He improved more and more with each game and should be tough to stop for opposing defenses next year. The Bears will have an explosive passing attack coming back in 2023, so expect Woodburn to have a giant final season at Houston County. He has a chance to be one of the leading Middle Georgia receivers in the 2024 class next year.

Isiah Canion - Warner Robins

A breakout athlete to know about in Middle Georgia, Canion is an explosive receiver who should see his stock increase in a big way soon after running a 4.51 in the camp circuit this spring. For a guy who knows how to run, Canion also brings plenty of size to the Demon's offense, measuring in at just over 6-foot-3 and 198-pounds during a visit to Georgia this week. He also has 10.5” hands, something college coaches love to see. A do-it-all athlete who can make plays in a number of different ways, Canion can line up at quarterback, wide receiver, or in the secondary. He's coming off a breakout junior season for the Demons where he really shined as a pass-catcher. He long frame, straight-line speed, and natural ball skills make him an easy vertical weapon and a potential deep threat at the next level. He can get behind a defense and showed strong hands when making a tough catch in traffic. He's a promising route-runner, dangerous after the catch, and has easy D1 ability. His recruitment is starting to heat up, and he recently earned new offers from USF and Cincinnati.

https://twitter.com/CanionIsiah/status/1638896782414413824?s=20

The 2024 class is deep, talented, and continues to have prospects see their recruitment take off.
