Cotton was an outstanding running back for the Spartans last season . He finished the year with 1,037 yards, averaging 6.7 yards per carry with 12 rushing touchdowns and five 100 yard rushing games . He was also extremely effective in the past game registering 5 catches for an outstanding 207 yards and 3 touchdowns. That's an average of over 41 yards per catch! Cotton is the type of player that looks like he has the ability to potentially elevate Spoto to challenge for a district title in 2023. Cotton shows very good vision, speed and acceleration to the edge and the ability to hit the home run at any point in the game. He's going into this season as one of the top running back prospects in Hillsborough County.

Marsh- Mensie is a versatile two-way player, and is a key player for the Knights on both sides of the line in the trenches. On the offensive side of the ball he helped pave the way for the Knights to rush for 1,842 yards and average over 7 yd per carry. On the defensive side of the ball he finished with 22 tackles and 2 sacks from his defensive tackle position. He's a player that can play on either side of the ball at the next level. I look for his production to take a big jump up this season.
