<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>26.[player_tooltip player_id='207256' first='Tyler' last='Konold'] 6-0 175 ATH Canby</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>If Konold can stay healthy, he will be in the conversation for Oregon 5A POY honors after dealing with injuries most of last season. He had an unreal sophomore campaign, averaging 11.5 yards per carry (1,412 yards/ 123 carries) and earning 1st team all-state accolades. Look for him to be a 1st team all-state guy on D as well. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>27.[player_tooltip player_id='488914' first='Andre' last='Miller'] 6-0 170 ATH Gresham</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Miller has looked outstanding on the 7v7 circuit as part of Team Lillard, after earning 1st team all-league DB and 2nd team WR accolades last season. He's one of the most versatile kids in the state, finishing tied for the 6A lead in INTs with (5). </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>28.[player_tooltip player_id='291229' first='Sam' last='Keen'] 6-3 290 OL Marist </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Keen made one of the biggest jumps on this board, moving about 20 spots. The returning conference player of the year and 1st team all-state lineman is fundamentally elite and has looked impressive at off season camps. His 2nd team all-state accolades on D helps highlight his versatility. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>29.[player_tooltip player_id='511314' first='Brayden' last='Welch'] 6-5 255 DE Oregon City </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Welch has legit size and overall athleticism with the potential to make some big strides on the recruiting front with a good season. He earned honorable mention all-conference honors at DE and looked the part catching balls at Tight End. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>30.[player_tooltip player_id='152353' first='Caden' last='Negra'] 6-3 175 WR Ashland</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>When all is said and done Negra could go down as one of the best to ever play at Ashland, which speaks volumes considering the Grizzlies were one of the top programs in the state back in day. Recently the team has struggled going 2-14 in the last two seasons. We will see if him and QB standout [player_tooltip player_id='285886' first='JoJo' last='Harrower'] can change that. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>31.[player_tooltip player_id='152347' first='Hatimu' last='Letisi'] 6-0 255 DL South Salem </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>One of the strongest players in the state. Letisi earned 1st team all-conference and honorable mention all-state accolades, after finishing in the top 10 in tackles for loss at the 6A level. The only question mark comes with size and what position he will play at the next level.</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>32.[player_tooltip player_id='278385' first='Nick' last='Sakys'] 6-2 210 QB West Linn</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Sakys is in a unique spot with all of the talent at the QB position. As a sophomore he looked outstanding in limited time, hitting on 68% of his passes (32/47) with 5 TDs. This past season he played behind Michigan St commit [player_tooltip player_id='110171' first='Sam' last='Leavitt']. Next year he will battle with super talented 2025 QB [player_tooltip player_id='406774' first='Baird' last='Gilroy']. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>33.[player_tooltip player_id='130391' first='Parker' last='Williams'] 5-10 170 ATH South Salem</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Williams has helped himself out on the 7v7 circuit as part of Team Alpha, more than holding his own against some of the nation's best. He will be one of the top receivers in the Valley, but projects on D where he made 57 total tackles, with 14 PBUs, and 1 INT, racking up 2nd team all-conference honors last season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>34.[player_tooltip player_id='278376' first='Connor' last='Cesaro'] 6-3 180 WR North Medford</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Definitely one of the top receivers in Oregon. Cesaro broke out last season catching 41 passes for 582 yards and 6 TDs, while earning 2nd team all-conference honors. You won't be able to double both him and Pugliano, as he has the potential of being a 1000-yard receiver. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>35.[player_tooltip player_id='383829' first='Pierce' last='Walker'] 5-10 175 DB North Salem</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Pound for pound one of the best football players in the state. Walker is one of the few athletes who could legitimately project as 1st team all-conference athlete on O, D, and special teams. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>36.[player_tooltip player_id='597348' first='Athan' last='Palmateer'] 6-2 195 QB Sprague </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Palmateer made the transfer to Sprague before last season and did well. He is another athlete who has thrived on the 7v7 circuit, making a significant jump on to the rankings board. A lot will come down to what he has to work with, as the Oly's will struggle. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>37.[player_tooltip player_id='511303' first='Rocco' last='McClave'] 6-2 175 QB Crescent Valley </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Recently one of the more talked about QB's by universities. He put himself on the radar this past season after ranking #1 in multiple statistical categories at the 5A level. McClave racked up 1st team all-league honors, while hitting on 62% of his passes and 28 TDs/3 INTs. The Raiders will look to improve on their 1-8 record from last season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>38.[player_tooltip player_id='152328' first='TC' last='Manumaleuna II'] 6-1 200 QB North Salem <strong>OFFERS: Oregon, Miami, Florida St, Louisville, PSU</strong></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>As stated numerous times everyone is aware of the talent within the family and TC's potential. From a recruitment standpoint it will come down to how he performs this off season and what type of film he can put together his senior year. If he's throwing 3-5 times per game, it will be tough. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>39.[player_tooltip player_id='206868' first='Nate' last='Williams'] 6-5 270 OL Springfield</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Williams will be a four-year varsity guy and three year all conference kid, earning 1st team all-league accolades last season. He has upped his stock as much as any O lineman statewide, using his physicality and no-nonsense approach to dominate 5A opponents. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>40.[player_tooltip player_id='209682' first='Tashi' last='Crofut'] 6-0 210 LB Lakeridge </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>With [player_tooltip player_id='152332' first='Ethan' last='Biondine'] making the move back to Hawaii, Crofut will be called upon to lead the D. He had an unreal junior season, making 140 total tackles, with 14 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks. He will be in the spotlight more than ever this season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>41.[player_tooltip player_id='278414' first='Tyson' last='Hunt'] 6-4 215 OLB Tualatin The T-Wolves will once again be one of the state's best. That said as Hunt will have some big shoes to fill, considering the talent which has come through the last few seasons ([player_tooltip player_id='147240' first='Richie' last='Anderson']-Fresno St etc..). He earned honorable mention all TRL honors on both sides of the ball in 2022. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>42.[player_tooltip player_id='384689' first='Eli' last='Johnson'] 6-4 200 WR South Salem</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Look for Eli to be one of Oregon's breakout performers this coming fall after an impressive showing on the 7v7 circuit so far this off season. The last two years he has caught 27 passes for 307 yards and 2 TDs, but will be a featured target opposite [player_tooltip player_id='130391' first='Parker' last='Williams'], with the graduation of some talented seniors. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>43.[player_tooltip player_id='152351' first='Jaylan' last='Moore'] 5-9 165 CB Sherwood</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Moore solidified his 3* status this past season, earning 1st team all-Pacific honors at DB and locking up some of the best regional and national competition around on the 7v7 circuit. He's a bubble FCS guy who will need to counter being an undersized DB with his play. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>44.[player_tooltip player_id='278374' first='Blake' last='Hurley'] 6-2 185 ATH Sunset</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Hurley will be a three year all conference athlete and a 1st team all-Metro projected kid on both sides of the ball this season. He was one of the top DBs in the league, making 61 total tackles with 3 PBUs and a fumble recovery, and earning 2nd team all-conference honors. Offensively he caught 23 passes for 292 yards and 2 TDs. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>45.[player_tooltip player_id='511788' first='Tobia' last='Tagliabue'] 6-2 220 LB Lake Oswego </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Expect a big year out of Tagliabue and the Lakers after he earned 1st team all-league honors last season. LO was young last season but overachieved. They will bring back a host of experience led by the likes of the big LB. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>46.[player_tooltip player_id='153309' first='Jackson' last='L Babbitt'] 6-2 180 DB Springfield</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Babbitt helped himself out last season earning 1st team all-league honors at CB. He will project as more of a Safety but could also be a difference maker on special teams collegiately. His 4 INTs had him listed among the state leaders. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>47.[player_tooltip player_id='278371' first='Ryder' last='Swanson'] 6-1 235 OLB Oregon City</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Swanson broke out as a sophomore earning 2nd team all TRL honors and hasn't looked back since. He was impressive once again last season, making 55 total tackles with 7.5 sacks. OC has the potential of being a Top 10 team. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>48.[player_tooltip player_id='278444' first='Andy' last='Soles'] 6-2 220 LB Canby </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Look for Soles to be a conference and state POY candidate at the 5A level. He finished last year with 55 total tackles and 4 sacks in an injury plagued year for the Cougars. He has legit size and overall athleticism and will have a shot collegiately. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>49.[player_tooltip player_id='209499' first='Sam' last='Kline'] 6-2 190 ATH Sheldon</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The Irish graduate a ton of talent as Kline will be called upon to lead this coming season on both sides of the football. Defensively he has done well over the last two years, accounting for 46 total tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>50.[player_tooltip player_id='383828' first='Noah' last='Holub'] 6-6 190 OLB Valley Catholic</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Holub continues to climb the rankings board after back-to-back 1st team all-league seasons and impressive performances on the camp circuit. His ability to manuever at 6-6 and play on either side of the ball is incredibly appealing from a recruitment standpoint. </p>
