Emerging Prospect Spotlight

With the 2023 on the horizon, I'm doing a spotlight analysis for emerging prospects all across Florida. There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level. [player_tooltip player_id='499884' first='Jameson' last='Jensen'], OL- Northside Christian c/o 24   6'4 290lbs     Jensen is a player that coaches need to get familiar with for the 2023 season. He's a highly thought of offensive lineman out of Northside Christian located in St Petersburg, Florida. He was selected to top 50 lineman Prospect at the VTO Elite 100 camp in Orlando in February, and earned a national All-American invite for his performance. Jensen was an all-county player and voted team most outstanding offensive player and possesses a 3.88 GPA. Jensen is a versatile player that can play multiple positions along the line, he's technically sound and possesses good feet and quickness, takes smart angles, plays with a wide base and shows a good initial strike and will drive defenders downfield with power. Big Time offensive lineman whose stock is on the rise heading into this season. He's a player on the rise for the 2023 season and will be a player that the Raiders will heavily depend on in the trenches to help them get into the playoff race for the 2023 season. Watts was part of an effective rushing attack the average over 5 yards per attempt. Watts has prototype size that you're looking for for the next level, he shows the ability to drive his legs and maul defenders at the point of attack, possesses strong hands and can latch and drive. He's a hidden gem in the South Florida area that coaches need to go check out.     Film: <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/16275500/Ethan-Watts">https://www.hudl.com/profile/16275500/Ethan-Watts</a>     JJ Ruhstorfer, DL- Victory Christian c/o 25   6'4 230lbs     Ruhstorfer is a two sport athlete (Basketball) out of Victory Christian Academy located in Lakeland, Florida. He's a key returner for a very good defense that helped lead the Storm to the state playoffs last season. The rising Junior finished the season with 32 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, and a sack in 8 games in 2022. I expect his production to double and to really be a force in the trenches in 2023. He's an athletic big man that can redirect quickly, does a really good job using his hands to fight off blocks, and shows the power to bull rush offensive lineman into the backfield and make plays behind the line of scrimmage. Ruhstorfer is also a good student with a 3.0 GPA. Acker is an intriguing player that is a long rangy style safety, he can play middle of the field or halves, doesn't hesitate to get downhill against the run, versatile player that can line up all over the field.
