<p>Over the past few years, football has become a year round event. We have seen the rise of 7-on-7 tournaments continue to enhance the talents of the skill position prospects. Those prospects are work on the abilities that will help them light up the Friday night skies in the fall. The Arkansas Elite 100 7-on-7 team are putting in the work this weekend in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We are going to focus on some prospects that are opening some eyes on day one of the event.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='211161' first='Brenton' last='Brasfield'] has had the opportunity to put on display his impressive versatility this weekend. On the defensive side of the ball, Brasfield was able to completely lock down the opposing wide receiver today. Brasfield has the speed to stay with opposing wide receivers. He uses his skills that he has picked up playing as a wide receiver and translated it to the defensive side of the ball. Brasfield hat a very strong first day of the Broken Arrow tournament. I look for him to keep his momentum going this offseason.</p>

<p>The Bryant Hornets have a talented group of prospects coming up through the ranks. Tucker uses his athleticism well to go up and high point the football. He is able to create some separation from opposing defensive backs using his speed and smooth route running. Tucker has had a strong offseason on the 7-on-7 circuit this spring and he has continued the impressive play this weekend. He has had some tremendous receptions at the Broken Arrow tournament this weekend. Tucker is a player to watch out for as the 2023 season approaches.</p>

<p>The wide receiver position in the class of 2026 is starting to display what they can do on the field. [player_tooltip player_id='212211' first='Will' last='Carter'] has tremendous speed at the wide receiver position. He has displayed the speed needed to stretch the opposing defense deep. Over the course of the weekend, he has shown good hands and the ability to make big plays. Carter does a great job of working his was back to the quarterback and making himself available to catch the ball. Carter is going to be a prospect to watch out for over the next couple of seasons for the Benton Panthers.</p>

Davis has put on display a strong arm this weekend in Broken Arrow. The Benton signal caller is an accurate quarterback that has fit the ball into some tight windows this weekend. Davis has performed well this weekend in Broken Arrow and I look forward to seeing what he has in store for the rest of the offseason. Keep an eye out on Davis as we approach the 2023 football season.</p>

Collatt did a great job of putting his route running on display this weekend in Broken Arrow. He runs smooth routes and is able to create separation using his route running. Collatt made several impressive receptions over the weekend and I look forward to seeing what he can do this upcoming season. Keep an eye on Collatt he has the speed and the route running combination to do some big things over the next few years.</p>

<p>The class of 2027 is going to be a class to watch out for in the state of Arkansas. [player_tooltip player_id='596860' first='Bryson' last='Stewart'] is a prospect to watch out for coming up through the ranks. He had an extremely impressive tournament in Broken Arrow over the weekend. Stewart does a great job dropping back into coverage. He is not afraid to get physical with opposing receivers and make a play on the ball. Stewart reads the quarterback well and he is going to be a prospect to watch out for with Maumelle in the future.</p>
