The 2024 Class rankings update has just went live! With that, I wanted to take some time to break down the class position by position highlighting a few of the top guys in the new update. Also, there are currently over 310 players ranked in the 2024 class. 20+ positions when you include ATH, P, K, etc. The numbers can get large quick, which is why I want to clarify that I don't think any rank is bad. 1 thing I'm always open with is feedback which is why my Twitter DMs are always open, and I put out tweets asking questions or looking for people. I try to make the rankings a community effort because they can only be as good as I can make them, which is why I value community feedback so much.

Quarterbacks

If you want a star QB with the potential to turn a program around, then Indiana has a few top-tier elite guys you can come looking for, headlined by [player_tooltip player_id='109625' first='Danny' last='O'Neil'] of Cathedral and [player_tooltip player_id='541779' first='Tyler' last='Cherry'] of Center Grove are great targets. Guys like [player_tooltip player_id='322440' first='DJ' last='Gordon'], [player_tooltip player_id='163798' first='Mason' last='Reynolds'], [player_tooltip player_id='612043' first='Bryson' last='Luter'], and [player_tooltip player_id='322399' first='Jace' last='Stuckey'] could very well land somewhere and become a Superstar QB for them as well. Best part yet, there are still a handful of scholarship QBs in the state not mentioned here but ranked.

Running-backs

The RBs in this class are not just stacked, but the depth is pretty nutty to look at. There are over a dozen backs with multiple 1000-yard seasons and/or the ability to change the game with the blink of an eye. [player_tooltip player_id='152146' first='Jaden' last='Hart'], [player_tooltip player_id='189083' first='Josh' last='Ringer'], [player_tooltip player_id='541749' first='Khobie' last='Martin'], [player_tooltip player_id='190178' first='Porter' last='Rode'], [player_tooltip player_id='109631' first='Grayson' last='Thomas'], and [player_tooltip player_id='541750' first='Xavier' last='Williams'] round out our top 6.

Wide Receivers

It's a great year to need an elite WR. The State of Indiana quietly has one of the best WR classes in the entire country headlined by multiple 4 & 5 stars recruits. [player_tooltip player_id='185522' first='Braunte' last='Johnson'], [player_tooltip player_id='541846' first='NiTareon' last='Tuggle'], [player_tooltip player_id='322404' first='Mylan' last='Graham'], [player_tooltip player_id='189104' first='Jo'Ziah' last='Edmond'], [player_tooltip player_id='475435' first='Donovan' last='Hamilton'], [player_tooltip player_id='322461' first='Patrick' last='Clacks'], and [player_tooltip player_id='322414' first='Corey' last='Smith'] are all nationally ranked recruits out-wide with the potential to be superstars at the next level.

Tight Ends

The Tight Ends are another great batch of gritty, tough, versatile, and well-coached players who can impact the game all over the field. Whether it be [player_tooltip player_id='141104' first='Tysen' last='Smith'] of Bloomington South, [player_tooltip player_id='641163' first='Zach' last='Meeks'] of Cathedral, or [player_tooltip player_id='109613' first='Aidan' last='Steinfeldt'] of Bloomington North, the elite TE options some of the best in the entire Midwest.

Offensive Line

I'm bunching all of the linemen together here because that's how the website has it so I want to be consistent. Whether you're looking for outside protection or inside help, you can't go wrong with some of the top recruits nationally ranked in Indiana. Whether it be [player_tooltip player_id='109624' first='Ian' last='Moore'], [player_tooltip player_id='367701' first='Damola' last='Ajani'], [player_tooltip player_id='217889' first='Ransom' last='McDermott'], [player_tooltip player_id='334101' first='Styles' last='Prescod'], [player_tooltip player_id='541799' first='Matt' last='Hofer'], [player_tooltip player_id='189132' first='Jordan' last='King'], or some of the other ranked linemen, Indiana has more than enough options to satisfy any need.

Defensive Linemen

The premier defensive linemen in this class each have their own point where they thrive best. Some are better on the edge, inside, or moving around based on match-ups. They've proven to be versatile and create havoc for offenses. [player_tooltip player_id='331132' first='William' last='Goodvine III'], [player_tooltip player_id='322397' first='Terrelle' last='Elmore'], [player_tooltip player_id='323933' first='Brady' last='Wolf'], [player_tooltip player_id='541752' first='Dantu' last='Gardner Jr'], and [player_tooltip player_id='293668' first='Mj' last='Campbell'] only create a small portion of the list of guys who can come in and help a defense right away.

Linebackers

By far one of the most intriguing positions in the state as we head into their Senior year. I feel like some of these guys haven't even began to fully scratch the surface of their potential which is wild when you see some of the production and raw athletiscm they've got. The LBs in the state are led by [player_tooltip player_id='293302' first='Nylan' last='Brown'], [player_tooltip player_id='334065' first='Ralph' last='Rogers'], [player_tooltip player_id='292309' first='Bradley' last='Gibson'], [player_tooltip player_id='322439' first='Owen' last='Bright'], and [player_tooltip player_id='685011' first='William' last='Harris'] of Park Tudor, but the talent certainly doesn't end there.

Defensive Backs

The defensive backs in this class fit their position perfectly. Quiet, don't hear about them often, but if you don't pay 100% attention to them, they're going to strike when you least expect it. Aggressive, willing to jump routes, and can run back picks. Guys like [player_tooltip player_id='284543' first='Hudauri' last='Hines'], [player_tooltip player_id='322435' first='Alex' last='Holmes-Gaines'], [player_tooltip player_id='322424' first='Russell' last='Peterson'], and [player_tooltip player_id='541943' first='Donovan' last='Rhodes'] have been playing like that since they stepped on the field.

ATHs

The ATH's in this class are fairly talented and most of them play both ways, likely having the option to choose what side they play at the next level. Elite talent and raw ability is the focal point for these guys and they check the boxes. [player_tooltip player_id='641162' first='Darryl' last='Morton'], [player_tooltip player_id='541853' first='Ryan' last='Brotherton'], [player_tooltip player_id='541922' first='Braxton' last='Strong'], [player_tooltip player_id='541972' first='Jaren' last='Bush'], and [player_tooltip player_id='541924' first='Wyatt' last='Woodall'] just to name a few genuienly really good 2 way players that reside quietly in the Hoosier state.

K/P

Big legs, accurate kicks, and cool under pressure are the words most often used to describe the best legs in Indiana. [player_tooltip player_id='377322' first='Owen' last='Denny'], [player_tooltip player_id='325867' first='Keifer' last='Sanderson'], and [player_tooltip player_id='345330' first='John' last='Butwin'] as place-kickers with [player_tooltip player_id='541911' first='Zach' last='West'] and [player_tooltip player_id='541778' first='Jakob' last='Gump'] rounding out the punters.

Going through each of the positions being able to highlight a few of the top names at each position is great, but that's nowhere near a full glimpse of the raw talent in the state of Indiana. Indiana is quietly a top 20 NFL player producer and is producing more and more each year. I certainlty can't tell the future, but what I can tell you is that there are more stars in Indiana than people realize. Over 300 players ranked in the 2024 class and I'm sure I'm still missing guys! Indiana is LOADED so please check out the full rankings regularly!

The 2024 Class rankings update has just went live! With that, I wanted to take some time to break down the class position by position highlighting a few of the top guys in the new update.
