I’ve been around the 7v7 circuit this season. It has been a fun one to watch. Here are some 2026 guys to watch for the remainder of this 7v7 season.
Omar Brand Omar Brand 6'0" | 150 lbs | WR Calhoun City | 2026 State MS , WR, Southaven
Brand is originally from Calhoun City. You can see that when you watch him run. He has a nice release from the line with great hands. Brand can make the hard catches quarterbacks want their receivers to make. He is precise with his route running. Brand has been a good route runner for quite some time. Kid is going to be a big time prospect in the 2026 class.
Gavin Pargo Gavin Pargo 5'11" | 155 lbs | ATH Nettleton | 2026 State MS , WR, Nettleton
Pargo is a beast. He put up some nice numbers at Nettleton last season. He can make some great plays with the athleticism he has. Pargo is a speedy guy who always gets behind a defense. He is a shifty guy with good hands. Pargo can also make you miss when he is in open space. He isn’t the easiest guy to keep in front of you.
Braylen Williams Braylen Williams 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Nettleton | 2026 State MS , QB, Nettleton
Williams was about to make a great introduction to the nation last season. He finished top ten in the nation for all purpose yards for the 2026 class. This offseason he has been putting the ball on the money. Williams has been working very hard with Wyatt Davis this off-season. He is going to continue to get better. This 7v7 season is going to help him with his decision making. He plays with a good squad and will continue to learn.
Zechariah Jenkins, WR, Laurel
Jenkins is a guy who doesn’t need a lot of space to make catches. He snatches the football out of the air. When he goes up for the ball, he grabs it at its highest point. He makes it very easy for quarterbacks to just toss the football up in his area. Just throw it up. Jenkins is down there somewhere. I was very excited to run across his film from the DR7 tournament in Georgia this weekend. He also is a decent route runner. The more he develops his route running tree, the better he will be.
